This information is what I have come to find by personal experience and if you like, putting together many pieces forming a jigsaw puzzle. – Chiefly what I know, and the message I put forth is: There must be Liberation of the True Self/Spirit – which is kept in an imprisoned state by the presence of something else: it is the great treasure guarded by the dragon. This has been confirmed by many who have freed the Spirit, and is commonly known as ‘enlightenment’. (For those who are more advanced and already are beyond religion – SEE SECTIONS: A GREAT AND LITTLE-KNOWN SECRET ABOUT YOUR CONDITION, THE IMPRISONMENT OF THE SPIRIT/TRUE SELF EXPLAINED AND – HOW TO ACHIEVE THE FREEING OF THE SPIRIT – THE FIRST LIBERATION. – Though you should still read all of this material. – Yes, please just read it, not just those sections; because it builds up the correct understanding/view of this world, and the view you ought to have – seeing this reality as it is.)

I have indeed found we are prisoners; this world is radically different to how people perceive it to be, and that there is something present in us, keeping us out of the ‘paradise state’ or from access to the True Self – that also keeps us in misery.

We are in the inverse/cut-off (from Spirit/True Reality and pleasant existence) state/condition, in darkness, you could say.)

 

I provide the means to reach this (Spirit) … (This is the word I use [‘Spirit’] along with some others to refer to the Uncreated Core/True Self, so do not worry, it is just a word to point to this reality; there are many ways to refer to it.) as well as to free you from various other layers of imprisonment and point you to True Freedom.

We know because many have gone through this (the change back to the freed state/Spirit), have spoken about it, and have spoken of the great peace and bliss…

All that must be done is to reach this (True Self/Spirit) and then all answers, guidance, direction can be had. It is that simple. (How to do so is included in this writing.)

For those in religion still, please do not just go away because you find this in disharmony with your beliefs – read, first: THE CHARACTER OF THE TRUE GOD, THE FALSE GOD EXPOSED AND THEN – RELIGIONS EXPOSED – in that order. (Then return back here, where you left off.) I repeat, don’t just leave, read those 3 sections first, please, and everything else.

You may have doubts about what I am saying: Don’t worry! That is not important, keep going still, read this and follow/apply it. Doubts are not important.

You may also feel bored/disinterested and want to do something else – please do not indulge this, and read this information.

It is unfortunately a built-in flaw that human beings have, that they seek only the new, novel, interesting, stimulating and shun the opposite; what matters it to be mature, and get past this – which is quite a childish thing – and continue to read and thus get the important parts – which is saving knowledge.

Also, there is another strange phenomenon at work within the human being: that is, the feeling that there is something mystical, or more to the words/meanings than what there really is – this was put there, it has been said and is obviously the reason for it, to prevent you from getting the meaning – a handicap built in.

Yet another one! (of the handicaps) – Is that things are difficult to understand, that things are very complicated – this is to put individuals off from tackling the problem/thinking.

So, if you cannot read some text – that will save you – how will you go on to do anything that will result in your salvation? (There must be discipline).

INTRODUCTION

 

- I have no doubt this will be the most important information you will have yet come across.

(I mean, in your whole life up to this point – nothing you have taken in [heard, read about, thought of and so on] will be as weighty/vital as this – and fear not! For in fact this is a message of great good.)

 

To sum it up:

-- This message is for a certain kind (Spirited/of light – more later… Even if you are somewhat darkened by life, because of the pain, don’t feel you are not good, still – you need healing, and this information provides you the direction to that transformational healing – which is the return to your True Self/State).

-- This kind must hear this message.

 

-- Some here (in this world) are different to most others.

-- I would say our kind (if you really are of the light/goodness and not bad) are only a small portion of the population; the rest – most – are not like us and belong here; we do not at all (the smaller amount).

-- We… (of light/goodness, not the opposite [you’ll know it! – you’ll know in the heart if you are a ‘child of the light’.])…are those who hate or dislike evil, have a sense of right and wrong, and probably don’t like being here; and possess, in my understanding and confirmed by many other sources – SPIRIT – which seems to be, an uncreated (beyond/higher than all creation – transcendental) Individual-aspect of the Primordial-Source – a core/essence, that is pure/immaculate, perfect, loving, wise (and has many other good facets), will go on after death (described as Immortal), and where good is from – this is what we really are.

This is subtler than all created things, and it is possible to go beyond this as well (Note that it is an Individual Aspect, you can go further back to The Source/True Parent God – which is said to be extremely blissful (In comparison to this One [True Supreme God], all created things, creatures, are like a reflection on the water or image (reflected) in a mirror… - They have no true reality compared to the Uncreated, and are a level below, and cannot touch the Divine or Uncreated; and also, the power of the True God is said to be Infinite.)

Yet further, there is the possibility of deep rest – like deep dreamless sleep [not death!] – this can be considered the furthest possibility of the Primordial Source – Absolutely Transcendent – beyond all, cannot be touched. It would be the decision of the Spirit if this were desired… [I am not saying you have to let go of the Spirit to rest, but if you want to permanently enter that state – of restful unconsciousness like deep dreamless sleep, in/as the Ultimate it would be the decision of the Spirit] Get there [to your Spirit] first – keep reading to find out how.) Notice how you are able to perceive… The body is perceived… The world is perceived, who you think of as you, is seen/perceived somehow… Attention is perceived… THE TRUE SELF IS THAT WHICH CAN PERCEIVE ALL, but which is beyond all that it sees – phenomenality. It is higher, above, transcendent. It has been called the ‘seer’.

-- The eye sees so many things but cannot see Itself…

-- We of this kind/nature DO NOT belong here, and MUST get free, and return Home – to The Origin. (Free of all darkness, lower realities, to the True Reality/State).

 

-- This is a dark world, and not our one – and for many reasons, including the lowly, fragile bodies, the flaws of the inhabitants (will be mostly the other kind, the majority, and they do not have this nature we have… Which explains why people can be so bad – they are of a different nature/kind to the Spirited), and that it is just a lesser, lame and dull world/life; that a fallen, dualistic – light and dark – selfish being controls this creation/rules here (This is explained later) – as well as the unpleasant facts of sickness, wars, suffering, natural disasters, deaths of those you are close to, and that the body can be damaged and suffer pain in so many ways, life just becomes intolerable – and because of old age and the usual decline of health in that period – THERE IS NO ‘LIFE’ HERE!

-- We are not to desire life here and must leave and return to the Origin where there is real life, peace, freedom, joy and so on. (To get rid of desire/passion for something, consider the negative, like with eating there is the foulness of elimination and the stench.)

-- You have been living in a terrible condition of blindness/ignorance (not your fault) your whole life.

-- It might not be pleasant to hear, but you (that is to say, the Spirit – the true-you) are imprisoned in a dark being’s world – a hell, in truth.

-- This is a world/place of DECEPTION/FALSITY and is made to seem like something it is not.

-- (The truth that it is a dark reality is covered with a veil – so that it seems like a fine, normal, even good world… So that we are kept blinded to the truth: we are in captivity/not free… There is also [at least sometimes], internally, but not from you, feelings and thoughts that can arise, making you feel this [or things like it] is false, rubbish, or give you doubts… Making you feel it cannot be true… Also, we can be made to feel everything is just fine, there is nothing to worry about, keeping us content, complacent, asleep.

Even further, you can feel that this [and similar important information] is dull/boring or want to do something else – you must go past all this and read this saving information; and it really is saving.)

-- This is NOT the Good God’s world, and He (though is beyond gender and can be She as well/both) is not here, or fully here and does not run this world.

-- This will be proven; please see the section (in this work): ‘The False ‘God’ Exposed’ – then return to where you left off – here. (It is essential that, if you have mis-identified the false god [of this world] as the Supreme One, you correct this…)

(You may feel unpleasantly about the word ‘God’, this is often from a dark entity within you… But we can simply refer to this One [True God] as the Primordial Essence, True Parent or other such appropriate names/titles).

It has been said that outside this cut-off creation, there is an infinitely greater existence and Higher God.

-- Now the reaction to this will probably be (for some) – HE IS WRONG! BLASPHEMING! TRYING TO TAKE AWAY OUR FAITH! (in their religion) – NO! TRYING TO WAKE YOU UP FROM A TERRIBLE TRANCE/COMA YOU ARE IN!

 

SOME COMFORTING FACTS

 

-- Don’t panic, though! (About your situation, about the fact that we are in this enemy’s world) – there are a few comforting facts to consider:

1. The being (which may not be an actual or real being at all – but an artificial entity/a distortion) behind this world is not all or only bad – of course, then, is not all good either – it is mixed; strange, but true.

-- It can be very evil at times (the inverse to the Light/Good God).

-- In another aspect, it is very different: It can be soft, warm, kind, good…

-- But it is unpredictable, at bottom is not good, and is not our friend (is our adversary) and should not be engaged with. (Incapable of only good – more later).

2. Evil – or a bad being – does not rule or control absolutely/totally (here) – it is not everywhere present (badness).

There is goodness, kindness, love, warmth, sacrifice for others (in people – showing a caring heart and putting others over the self), happiness, enjoyment, friendship etc. (A lot of these things).

- This all proves that evil/a demonic entity is not completely in control, or is not all bad… Fortunate, eh?

(Badness is not everywhere, and there is a lot of good).

- It may also indicate we are receiving Higher protection.

3. At least a part of this being is filled with great hatred/malice towards us – but it cannot get to us/hurt us – in the way that someone who is filled with those things (hatred/malice) would want to (to rip the hated to shreds…) There are not demonic possessions occurring all over the place…

This shows it is not that powerful or something else is keeping it in check. (Take comfort in this).

 ALSO – AND HERE IS A STRANGE THING – FROM A HIGHER SOURCE IT WAS REVEALED THAT IN TERMS OF SUFFERING INDIVIDUALS, THERE IS PERHAPS SOMETHING STRANGE GOING ON… IT WAS SAID THAT NO ONE ACTUALLY SUFFERS, AND THINGS ARE NOT GOING ON AS THEY SEEM (IN BAD CASES) – THIS IS A PLEASANT THING TO HEAR, AND MYSTERIOUS…

SOME STATEMENTS

 

-- I do not know for sure what this thing is (simply because, even if an entity presents itself as something, it may just be a front/an act and it is something else), but it is behind this world.

(Also, and perhaps rarely noticed, it is behind the 'world-mind', also termed the 'ruling mind-power' - internally... It is the feeling of the world – the world-feeling – but it is in the mind/mental... Notice this... It was once said: "The mind (or that aspect of mind) is the world.")

 

-- The reality of evil: its existence proves there is no good God - Who would NOT permit it!

(He counters evil, which is sin, and corruption.)

Think about this:

Why would 'god' indulge some to the neglect of others - some instead of abused children in terrible conditions, or people who are forced to work in ways against their will... (The worst things.) Why would a Parent-God (All-good, loving, righteous etc.) help some but not others... It does not work like that.

How blind have people become to think that 'god' would just leave many people in hellish conditions, how silly, how foolish.

Normal humans with heart, compassion wish to aid, how much more the ‘infinite’ all good God! 

In the True Reality, there is no bad or desire for it; there is a delight in the good.

The answers are for you personally to uncover, but you must get to the Spirit first… (I personally have very great obstacles to deal with, and it has been very hard for me – unfortunately given more obstacles than would be normal – I am fighting to reach the Spirit; but have certainly uncovered various deeper truths.)

 

-- Now the truth is, you are imprisoned and in ignorance to a great extent, and there are many levels to this imprisonment and ignorance.

We are in the cut-off, inverse-state. (Cut off from direct connection to True Reality/True-God, Spirit, and in the negative rather than positive states.)

 

BELIEF AND KNOWING

 

-- You may protest and say otherwise, but what do you actually know?

-- Very little, if anything; you feel you are right in your beliefs (which is merely taking something as true/fact that you have not confirmed - that you are not sure of), or you maybe have what your parents or others told you, or what you have picked up here and there without confirming it is fact.

There is a difference between mere belief and knowing.

Belief is taking something to be true/certain, that you do not know for sure is... (So, if you hold to a belief, that is then self-deception, and you are not seeing reality clearly; you should therefore let unconfirmed beliefs go… Have the courage to do so.) Knowledge, or knowing, is got from direct personal experience... You then know a thing for sure.

(Example: someone says, there is a red wall in the neighbour's bathroom... You have not seen it; you do not know it for sure... The person who told you could be lying... On the other hand, if you go to your neighbour's bathroom, and see it, you KNOW for sure it is there or is not... Also, you could choose to believe the person telling you about the red wall, but it is not certain, and again, they may not be telling the truth. -- Think about this to understand what knowing, not-knowing and belief is.)

 

RELIGIONS EXPOSED

 

-- This might not be easy to hear, but religions are cruelly designed traps/prisons, to keep you here.

-- They prevent escape, because you feel/think you have the truth already, and because you are afraid (of 'god's' wrath, punishment in this life and eternal damnation in the next) - these are highly effective at keeping people in religion, and stopping the prisoners from asking the important questions, and seeking answers: What is this all about? Where am I? and so on.

-- Often, religion is gotten young - it says: 'Here are all the answers' (So don't ask any questions or doubt this! - or you may be damned!... Remember the difference between belief and knowing?).

-- They are not answers but LIES. (It is the case that for many, they are given these 'answers' before they can even think!)

-- Religion also sets you on a false path: looking outwards to a 'god' who demands worship and that you fear him.

-- It keeps you here, thinking you have to be, for it is 'god's' plan.

-- It stops you from going WITHIN - to the SPIRIT/Real-You (To uncover it, and get REAL answers).

-- It keeps you worshipping the false, egoic, ruthless 'god' of this world.

-- It is but a layer of the imprisonment we are under, and to be in religion is to be in a very sorry state.

It has been said that religions are traps that can keep us reincarnating into this pit lifetime after lifetime.

(As for reincarnating, that is considered by many systems and sources to be the case – more later…)

-- Why do they keep people trapped? Simply because they do not get out of the mental prison, and get to real truth; they remain ignorant and do not free themselves.

-- Remember you do not know for sure your religion is true, and faith is foolish (unwarranted, not based on certainty).

(A conman disguised as a ‘holy-man’ says: ''Give me these earnings of yours (could be money or possessions/valuables), have faith! God will reward you and bring you to heaven!" – The man the criminal is addressing does not know for certain that is so. Faith is not knowledge, is not based on certainty so is not good enough. The example just shows what faith is - taking a gamble... What if those asking you to have faith in your religions are conmen? [so why just trust in a religion without the assurance it is truth? That is foolish.])

-- Finally, what it comes down to is a gamble: (your religion) it may or may not be true, you don't know... Thus, you would just say: I didn't know for a fact it was the truth, and I cannot put my whole life into something not known for sure; that is too risky… (Because you are to use this life well, to get to real truth/answers – salvation of your Spirit.)

-- You need not thus worry anymore about which religion is the right one, and whatever one you are in, can just drop it. (Religion is of this world, and is about controlling people... Except for some more advanced systems, that are not really religions and are about salvation from this horrible world.)

THE REAL GOD WOULD NOT JUST LEAVE YOU ALONE TO WORK THIS OUT, BUT COME TO YOU – THE DEMONIC, LOVELESS FRAUD – THE GREAT DECEIVER (WHAT DO YOU THINK THE GREAT DECEIVER REALLY MEANS! – IT IS IN PORTRAYING ITSELF AS THE GOOD GOD AND HIGHEST GOD WHEN IS NEITHER) IN ITS HATEFUL NATURE GIVES US THE NOTION WE ARE TO WORK IT ALL OUT WITHOUT BEING AIDED! (By the Higher Power to get the right answers…)

The fraudulent entity behind this creation is egoic, selfish, self-concerned (to the neglect of others), dark, fallen, corrupt and not healthy.

The True God is not like that.

 

THE CHARACTER OF THE TRUE GOD

 

-- If referring to the True Good God, He would be perfect, sweet, loving, forgiving, not violent, not egoic, would not want worship - but yes, condemns sin/evil: THERE IS NO ETERNAL HELL authored by The True Good God.

-- The idea of eternal hell is from the bad/false one, is a lie, and it is to control (and will be to harvest the negative energetic emissions that come from people believing in this – you will find out more about this further down.

-- The True Good God has nothing to do with the petty systems of religion.

-- The True Parent-God/Source is Benevolent.

 

THE FALSE ‘GOD’ EXPOSED

 

-- I am now going to prove that the one many consider to be the true God, is NOT.

 

-- Yes, your religions (Especially the three ‘Abrahamic’ religions [and their off-shoots – For example, for Christianity – Protestantism, Catholicism] are all FALSE and worship the creator of this world/universe – and unfortunately are not about the Supreme/True God.)

 

-- The character of the Old Testament being is not perfect, can be egoic, and flawed, and is not therefore the Perfect/True God.

 

-- Again, to see if the True Father (of Light): There are no flaws, ego, desire for worship or darkness; there is sweetness, great love and there would be care, and a desire for a good relationship. (Nature of Light/Goodness. So there is goodness, synonymous with reality/True God, and then badness is just corruption/error, not something of its own right. Further explained:

There is the True/Original God/Source/Primordial Reality, it is all that is, there is nothing else… It has a perfect nature, and that nature is called ‘good’. Reality and good go hand in hand… Badness you see, is just imperfection/corruption/error – not a thing in itself. For true perfection, you are to have certain things – good/virtue – and not have others – badness/vices/flaws… [You are to have certain things and not have others] You cannot be both good and bad, if do bad you lose good… Being a coward, slothful, impure are not desirable or glorious, whether as being brave, diligent and chaste are laudable, glorious and superior. What a miracle we are of this good nature! Not vile, lowly, dark… What a great thing to be of the good, and have this nature and these fine traits!)

 (Yahweh, Jehovah, the god of Israel – all refer to the same being… The god of the bible, and the one many consider the highest, true god.)

-- Isaiah 45:7:

He says he is behind light, darkness, peace and evil.

 

Psalm 147:11:

Delights in those that FEAR him.

 

-- This being asks others to deceive, to get someone killed:

-- This being puts lying spirits in people, and approves it (lying):

The story in Exodus goes like this:

The Egyptian Pharaoh was ready to let the captive Israelites go on a number of occasions, but Jehovah kept on hardening his heart, and then punishing the Egyptians! (By sending plagues/problems, or killing them). - This is evil!

Jehovah hardens the pharaoh’s heart, so he could work his signs, i.e., hurt the Egyptians.

Even though, on a number of instances, the Pharoah wanted to let the Israelites go, the god of Israel chose not to respect this (and at the same time prolong the suffering of his people, oh… did he not actually care about them?) and demonically override the pharaohs free will and trespass against/violate his sovereignty ‘harden his heart’ to then kill/plague the Egyptians! (How many families were destroyed, innocents hurt!) This is a twisted entity! NOT GOOD!

Funny, many who call themselves ‘Christians’ and follow the bible, consider themselves holy, righteous and spotless, or at least in the right, yet if they accept this – or verses like it – and explain it away, show themselves up as truthless fools, with no sense of true morality/sense and KNOWLEDGE of what is right and wrong.

 

1 Samuel 15:3:

Jehovah remembers how some Amalekites treated his people, and in anger, orders the killing of all of them – even babies, men and women, even the animals.

This was for something some Amalekites did years ago (I have heard it was 400! Yes, 400 years ago!) Why the need to wipe out those who were not responsible?

 

In another bizarre incident, Yahweh punishes David for taking a census… So, David is somehow made out to do wrong, and for this, 70,000 people get killed (and it doesn’t end there!) If people are getting killed for something they had no part in, that shows you that this being has no regard for human life; people are just worthless numbers to him… (I do not think that taking a census warrants such a reaction!)

In perfect judgement, it is not others who get hurt for something someone does; that one alone (the guilty) gets punished; it is very simple.

 

The god of Israel is also a hypocrite, making himself out to be good and holy, and sets himself up as a judge of others, when he is in fact very bad, and a lot worse than any human…

 

In the Old Testament, time and again, others are punished for things they did not do, and sometimes, the actual wrong-doer is let off… (By the god of Israel/Jehovah).

 

If you can't see anything wrong with all this, there is something wrong with your sense of right and wrong... We cannot lie or deceive, and the Good God would not.

Another thing is that the True God does not ask for animal sacrifices – an innocent life does not need to die for a person’s wrongs – Do you know it was said that the Buddha stopped this practice, when he found some doing it?

The idea of sacrifices is actually wrong. In perfect judgement, innocent lives (yes, even animals) DO NOT have to die because some human messed up. – YOU PAY THE PRICE FOR YOUR SIN, NOT ANOTHER!

True God would not demand blind faith or obedience, and would not leave you alone for years wondering if you were in the right religion, fearing hell.

He would answer you.

There is also no special chosen physical people. The True God would love all His/Her own Children – of SPIRIT (NOT FLESH!)

Is it not so that a human being could do better?

How can this great ‘god’ fail in so many ways?

The character of this entity is not good, light, perfect, but dark, ugly, of a being that wants to dominate and be worshipped; yes, this is satan.

Thus, it is clear this being (the god of the Israelites) simply is not good, or all-good, but corrupt/imperfect! (There are so many examples in the bible of this.)

Many thought this was God! - Because... simply, people do not really read or study the bible!

So, you need to move on, and not listen to anyone who tries to explain this away - it CANNOT be (explained away).

One error and it is NOT the Good God!

This same being, the one who made this creation, is behind most religions playing the supreme God; think about it, it is his world, his creation, so the religions you find here are from him, and generally about him.

-- What this means is that, if Jehovah is not God, then Catholicism (and mainstream Christianity – Protestantism, Eastern Orthodoxy and so on) - which considers him as the supreme God - are clearly false!

-- I am sorry, but there is also no Jesus, no Mary; they are NOT here... (As they are viewed in Catholicism) -- If they were here, if they were real, they would have taken you out of religion... Anyone that does not move you on from the prison of religion is either ignorant, or on the other side... (So, forget about angels as well and all religious figures).

(Once more, don’t worry! any religion that talks of eternal damnation is false, the True God has nothing to do with religion -- Remember all you have just read... Take it in and see that religions are merely traps to control... So, as for religion: throw that garbage away and be free!)

-- Now you must move on from religion: you were deceived, and it was possible for that to happen, because you are in ignorance/do not have your MEMORY available to you - of again, who/what you really are (not a body! not a little person! - not what you think you are right now!) why you are here, what you are to do to get free; and that there is a good world - The Origin - where you are to return. 

 

ON CHRIST:

 

It may have been that there was a being from outside this created universe, who came here, to pay all our debts (the Spirited who are kept hostage in this dualistic beings’ creation) so we could be released/freed; He covered all our sins/karma. – PLEASE SEE, ALSO, THE LAST PART OF THIS SECTION (ON CHRIST).

 

Not everything Christ said was recorded, but I can say (If it was Him), things were revealed, that of course, the ruler of this world and the authorities would not want to be made known.

He pointed us within to the ‘kingdom of heaven’ which He said is within (State of the Freed Spirit).

It is possible the ruler of this world knew He (Christ) would come, and so made a figure to resemble Him (Jewish Messiah). (So, Yahweh [just one of his identities – he has many others], the ruler of this creation, knew Christ would come at a certain point… So he made in his plans a figure that resembled Christ [why certain things from the old testament seem to refer to him – but it is not the True Christ, but the Jewish one] this was to confuse as well…)

Also, making it seem like Christ was tied to the Jews (exclusively – like He only came for them) and the God of Israel (Yahweh), so His teachings were distorted, edited and it made it seem Christ was now other than who He really was – and His message was different to what it really was.

There is a great disparity in the Character of Christ and Yahweh; the two are very different.

He often said: “you have heard that it was said, but I say”: (about things spoken of in the old testament by the god of Israel/Yahweh) coming with authority and correction; revealing He also spoke from Himself, not with the god of Israel.

Also, Christ deliberately went against many of the laws and ways of Yahweh/the Jews.

A son would not disobey his father, but be obedient and agree with him.

 

Why Did Christ go to ancient Israel out of all the places on the earth?

Well, the point has been made before that where Israel is located is quite central in the world…

We know that the god of Israel is the chief of the gods of this world/creation (Psalm 95:3: It says here he is the king above all other gods (of this creation). He is the one who made this creation, the ‘lord’ in genesis – only it is merely a creation outside the Original Reality, not the only thing that was ever made by the Supreme God, as the bible makes out and many believe.) and he selected for himself a chosen people (known as Jews, Israelites and other names), and being the ruler of this world, it makes sense that he selected a fairly central region for himself and his people – well that is what he did.

So, Christ went to the land of Israel because that is where the god of this world was located – he would not go to China, or Africa, because the rulers there were not the chief god – the creator of this world…

 

Deuteronomy 32:8:

It says here that when Jehovah divided up the human species, he set the boundaries of them, according to the number of the heavenly assembly. But, the Israelites are his own.

(Or, according to the number of the ‘’angels of god’’ – these would be high-ranking angels.)

This is revealing that Yahweh divided up the peoples according to the number of certain angels or gods, that were below him in the hierarchy, but would have obviously been quite high-ranking – so not that many in number – and also it makes sense that lower ranking beings would not have been given this allotment and may also not have been capable of governing as higher angels.

(You cannot allocate millions of lesser angels to the nations of the planet, there are not that many peoples/nations!)

So, Christ went to where the ruler of this creation was – to the land of Israel. He did say that this heaven and earth (this creation, I would say) would pass away… He also said the one in the world is judged, and He is not from here. (My kingdom is not of this world, whether as, Yahweh’s IS this world – he made it, and is the chief ruler of it – Christ called him the prince of this world.)

ANYWAY IT IS PERHAPS THE CASE THAT, AFTER-DEATH, IF THEY (THE BEINGS OF THIS FALLEN UNIVERSE) TRY TO JUDGE YOU, YOU INVOKE THE TRUE CHRIST’S RANSOM/SACRIFCE – THAT COVERS ALL YOUR DEBTS. KEEP THIS IN MIND.

 

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT GIVE YOURSELF OVER TO ANYONE/THING – MAKE AGREEMENTS WITH OUTER ENTITIES/BEINGS - MY STORY:

 

-- I 'consecrated' myself to 'Mary' (Meaning, I gave myself entirely over to her, as a literal ‘possession’… Because all those years ago I was ignorant, and thought I was doing what I should be…Unfortunately, Mary as we were taught does not exist... She is played by a dark being) and got POSSESSED!

-- I suffered INTENSELY for YEARS and got NO aid!

-- I do not think I deserve this, and I would say I am a decent person...

-- If there really was a great mother like Mary, so good, loving and kind - NO evil would occur on earth! - I would also not have suffered as I did... Even as normal or ordinary humans, we have great compassion - the qualities of Mary are said to be truly awesome and vast… If such a great, holy, loving, compassionate mother was here, the horrors of this world would not occur… Yes, it is a lie, sadly.

 (Don’t engage with ‘djinn’, ‘succubi’, ‘incubi’, demons, ‘fairies’ or even those that seem good and even angels – because it just won’t be any good for you! – don’t make pacts or agreements with entities, don’t give yourself over to them… Revoke those pacts/agreements.  These entities can be dark and can be tricksters, and also, can possess you and get you into a lot of trouble.)

The entity/entities that play these religious figures are not good! – Getting you to make agreements with them, is one way they can get in… As others have said, this is one way they can target certain individuals: attaching an entity to them, like what happened to me – to bring you down. (Those that are a challenge to this system, a threat to it, and those trying to get free – most likely those who would be targeted. Now go and read on section two (scroll down, it is after section one) about lucid dreaming/astral projection and drugs/psychedelics, which are also ways they can get in, then return here – I advise this because it is related.)

(We have heard the devil is a deceiver - and this is true - and to think that you have such a cunning, intelligent creature worked out is foolish! Making human mastermind criminals out to be children by comparison - Satan is the ultimate deceiver.)

- Revelations 12:9:

"And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and satan, who deceives the whole world..."

Deceives them into thinking he is God! (It may have been said before, I am not sure, but this came to me:

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was NOT convincing the world he doesn’t exist; it is instead fooling the world into thinking he is the Real God!)

So, yes, this dualistic being actually plays both ‘god’ and ‘satan’; go to the section: IDENTITY OF THE CREATOR OF THIS WORLD/MATRIX.

We would say to him, however, you are not actually God, though you say you are, so you are a liar.

Also, why do you deceive others, and allow them to go on under deception - of feeling you are the Highest God? (When you are not! – So you are a liar and deceiver, thus not good! – Now one of the reasons for this may be to ensure he is supplied with energy… By seeming as a good god, he manages to fool people into worshipping; it was noted that this being is connected to those who follow him by energy links like feeding tubes which empower him. The need for energy is spoken of in the next section.)

-- Religions are one of the most effective tools this dark ruler has for keeping us enslaved.

 

THE REASON FOR OUR IMPRISONMENT

 

(Why? Why does this being want to control/bind us? Well, the answer seems to be, and this is stated by so many other sources, for ENERGY! -- It has been said, we produce this desired energy by our lives, that this being [fallen creator] and the hierarchy of this creation/and even creation itself need to SURVIVE! - They do not want their 'food' source escaping! - Hence the need for control, imprisonment, and deception.

It is cruel, but on their part comes from ensuring their survival.

 They are cut off from the True God, and it would seem that they are created beings (they would be the fallen angels), so have no Immortal life-supply, they thus need to get it by other means…

The Spirit (which Is uncreated) could be said to be an infinite supply of Light/energy, so we are, really, ‘batteries’ for this matrix. – I have heard, they [the hierarchy of this creation] want to live on, to continue in existence – so this is about their survival. (And if you are concerned about your survival, and do not want to die you do desperate things to ensure you do live on… I must say to you, though, do not let your heart go out in compassion to them, for they are very cruel, and simply, YOU ARE NOT THE BATTERY TO KEEP THEM GOING! YOU NEED TO FREE THE ENTRAPPED SPIRIT ASAP! – How to do so is explained further on…Please keep reading.) It might also be the case we are used to suffer the ‘karma’ (particularly negative consequences of actions they have committed) of the false god and hierarchy of this creation – somehow, they relieve themselves from this, and we suffer it. [karma would, in my understanding, simply be described as: what you put out, you get back; you reap what you sow it can be positive or negative… It would be called a perfect law, and is entirely just… If there is this thing called karma, then you should not worry, just don’t do wrong and do right, be egoless… - However, do not just think there is karma [without knowing there is for certain], or worry about it, ask the Spirit, you will get the right understanding about it… Contact with the Spirit may be possibly had in deep silence, stillness, or it can come after you free It – all explained further on in this writing.] So, to explain about the need for energy: since these beings are without Uncreated Spirit, and are cut off from the True-God, and are energetic in nature, they need something to consume to keep going on/stay alive… (Just like a physical body needs to consume other things like it [matter – for it is made of matter] which it then takes and digests and uses to maintain itself… Otherwise it wastes away, gradually deteriorates and dies… So, too, these energetic beings need energetic emissions/energy, which they gather and consume, to sustain themselves… For their energetic forms are not permanent, and without additional consumption from like-substance from without, will wither and perish.

Like the animals… These beings cannot sustain themselves from within, for they have no sustaining source (Or say, energy-granting essence, and their material forms cannot remain without material gotten from without) beyond the material… They must then kill and consume other animals, which keeps them going for a while, then do so again, and again… Or starve and die… So they keep us trapped to ensure THEIR survival!

 

ABOUT REINCARNATION

 

I do not know if this is actually a reality (reincarnation), but I am going to address it like it could be; it MAY NOT! (Yet still prepare like what I am saying is true, please – because if it is, then you will be prepared to deal with it.)

 Remember the Spirit goes on after death, it is not the physical or energetic bodies… It seems people may enter into more subtle/non-physical states/realities after leaving the body… However, this is likely still within this ‘matrix’/fallen creation, and since it has been established that we are a food source or are ‘batteries’ for this matrix/hierarchy, what may happen is we simply end up ultimately forced into another body… This can happen for the ignorant/uninitiated into this higher knowledge, however, those with the saving information, can make steps to finally leave this world and the cycles of birth, death, and re-birth.

So, just do what needs to be done, this is also called being a spiritual warrior; you don’t complain, or back down or shun what is hard, you don’t give up and keep going and finish all that needs to be done – AND ULTIMATELY GET YOUR FREEDOM!! – Yeah, it is gotten, but maybe by a fair bit of struggle, so be it! Or just remain a prisoner in hell and be reincarnated again and again… Suffering terribly. [If that is the unfortunate reality – for those who do not free themselves]

 

How reincarnation can occur:

My understanding for this – as I have learned (speaking about it if is real) is that, it is said we live in a sea of energy… Only the brain translates this energetic sea into form – how you perceive the world…

It is said that as one engages with the world, one creates subtle ties to the things – yes, little threads attach from you to the energy sea/things you are interacting with… What this does is weave a net entrapping the subtler bodies that the Spirit is stuck in… The subtler bodies are said to be connected.

What it does is, after death, because you are so attached on two levels to this world (via the actual energy-ties, and because you like it and desire it) is bind you to this world, and it is said, throws you into another incarnation… To satisfy these desires. Also, because you were so obsessed by the things of this world, you did not go for the truth, did not care to escape this world.

So you need to shed these things… as it was revealed to me, we must divest (in other words, keep getting rid of all ties, attachments and desires) till nothing of those things are left, in preparation to leave here – having no ties, no desires and free of everything of this world/fallen creation.

You must cut off all that keeps you here/wanting to be here. You must cease indulging in egotism, lust, greed, the need to control others and being tied to others… You only want to get to Spirit.

Another thing is, it may occur that after death, when there is no physical body, intense cravings arise for them (things enjoyed on earth, especially food, drink and sensual pleasure) but since there is no body to indulge them, suffer and so want another rebirth (just go into another body so can sate them) – this is why you are to get rid of these in life…

It is said that entities can cause our desires/passions, and then feed off of them… (The energetic emissions that come from indulging in such emotions/actions).

(A thought might come to you, that you have a long time to live, and you are comfortable here… Just remember you are to leave as soon as is possible – and may die at any time… There is no time then, to feel you have so long, or get complacent.)

However, I must stress again, that this is only if that were the case… What exactly happens after death is a mystery… But you should still prepare in this manner, though – as described.

This is the satanic matrix… Do not want to return, here. Two other things: I had heard some may not like life out of body, so want to come back… No, you do not want to come back. If want to reincarnate (if desire it), or it seems that they offer you a choice about reincarnating back here... Remember, they could lie to you and not fulfil their agreements.

Life is always marred by sufferings, disappointment, pains, uncertainties and change.

Things are sweet in the imagination, in desire, in temptation (thinking of external things), but in reality, the objective, outer, mundane world, it's all very dull.

So, remember, the goal is to leave this world, so you must also get rid of all that makes you want to be here; all the anchors/ties to this world/existence/human life.

 

IMPORTANT STEP OF CLEANSING YOURSELF FROM FORMER RELIGION

 

(You can do this cleansing now, or later, with the initial step, that is in the second part [of this writing, so scroll down to find it] – but you must go through this to cleanse yourself from these demonic religions.)

-- Now you must completely throw away everything to do with your old religion. 

(Remember, we have found that the character of the one considered 'God' is off/dark - so this is not satan deceiving you at all... Remember this whenever you have doubts; recall that the god of the bible [or other religious books of this world, that is clearly about the egoic fraud, not the True God] is not really the all-good/True God – read the flawed verses to let this sink in - proving he is not the real God. That is also another means of control: that satan is behind everything trying to take away your faith!)

-- Just drop/stop it! (old religion): stop saying rosaries, going to mass, participating in the sacraments, using holy water, wearing scapulars, miraculous medals etc. Stop addressing the figures of your religion, stop using the prayers of your religion. (Whatever your religion is).

(I deal with Catholicism in particular, because that is what I was in, and what most around me are involved in; but again, it applies to any world religion that worships the fallen one as ‘God’, and keeps people in fear and anxiety.)

Don't let anyone talk you back into it - be aware, some, especially those in religion (thus deeply within the grip of the ruler of this world), will try and make you doubt, will try to pull you back into religion.

Furthermore, it has been said, that there are many Spiritless ‘humans’, and these can be possessed by non-physical entities to work against you/put doubts in your mind and distract you from the path. (To freedom).

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU NOW LEAVE BEHIND THAT OLD CAGE CALLED RELIGION, AND DON’T LOOK/GO BACK! – IF YOU ARE TO ACHIEVE FULL FREEDOM FROM THIS HELL-EXISTENCE, YOU MUST GET BEYOND ALL THE TRAPS!

-- Revoke/dissolve ALL devotions, sacraments, agreements, ties and especially your 'slavery' to Mary or any other figure (so, if you have given yourself over to anyone, REVOKE it (AND WITH EVERYTHING YOU REVOKE, MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE – ALL REINSTATEMENT CLAUSES ARE ALSO DISSOLVED/NO LONGER IN EFFECT).

Take back full control of your life/self… The ‘slavery’ to Mary is merely a trap in order for a dark being playing that role of her, to get to you… Or you could say, you have given over your permission for that being to take possession, and this is so for all such kinds of giving self over to entities/beings…).

State and intend: I now revoke, make null and void, completely dissolve all of these (addressed to all religious figures, external entities and the false god) agreements, devotions, ties, and all their power over me. I now dissolve all my ties to the sacraments of the catholic church (or whatever religious institute you were in) and the catholic church itself - and am free! I now revoke - I make null and void - I dissolve my slavery to this being I have thought was Mary but really is not; it is completely cancelled, as are all my words saying I am hers (or anyone else’s), I am free, and have self-determination! AND WHEN YOU HAVE DONE SO DO NOT UNDO THIS, OR GIVE YOURSELF BACK OVER, OR TO ANY OTHER ENTITY!

Breathe out all this old stuff - imagine as black energy... Breathe in cleaning white (of True Light of the Father) – filling your whole self, cleansing you and that is protective.

-- Now you are one step freer!

 

A GREAT AND LITTLE-KNOWN SECRET ABOUT YOUR CONDITION:

 

-- Now, the revelation of a great secret:

There is something present in you (secretly/hidden/disguised - that you think is you) that is NOT you... This is keeping something else - The Spirit/real you - imprisoned/under/trapped!

(The body is also a prison, has nothing to do with what you really are, and is a fake-garment... It is a deception/illusion that you take the body to be you.)

-- Don't be alarmed! You are not alone! Others have gone through this discovery as well! (Now you are being made aware of the reality… Before you were in the dark.)

 

-- For some reason, some of Spirit/Light are here... (I have heard from some, that we were warned by the True God to NOT come here, though we ignored this... We were likely seduced/tricked.)

-- You can find out this when you get to Spirit.

-- One lady said, she feels like we are all being tricked - those with Spirit ARE.

-- Another lady, an African, had an experience where she was given the insight that: 'Not all are like you, not all have soul' (or Spirit).

-- They don't! So, generally, keep to yourself, working on your own salvation - which by the way, may not even be that difficult in some cases to achieve. (More later… Also, if you get to the Spirit, It can direct you to individuals who are also Spirited, and tell you what to say to them.)

-- So, the Spirit/True Self is being held under by an alien entity - this keeping you in a false state, and in suffering.

 

IDENTITY OF THE CREATOR OF THIS WORLD/MATRIX & A DIFFERENT UNDERSTANDING OF DARKNESS/EVIL

 

(This entity – just described in the above section keeping the Spirit under – by the way, seems to be the dark ruler/being - yes, it can be present in many bodies at once, - From my understanding and based on personal experience, the identity of this being is - Lucifer. Now, this being is dualistic. The explanation I have picked up for this is that, before this creation came into being, when all were in the Original Homeland/Reality, a being moved off on his own, and picked a place to create for himself... This was said to be a forbidden place, where remnants of old creations were, also, a little point outside the Light (of God – Though The Father could be said to be beyond Light). He entered there, but something completely unexpected happened - he [a Light-being] merged with the darkness... He became split, dual - one part became a god (good/light part), the other a demon (satan-aspect…) It is said that he suffered a trauma, and if this is what happened [what I just said about the cause of his dual nature] it is obvious why [he would have been traumatized]. This would have also caused quite a disturbance to the point of possibly altering his personality... Explaining the unpredictability, even insanity of him (at times). - Ultimately, then, he is not at fault and cannot help it... This explains his evil... The entity attachment or 'possession' of mine I suffered after I consecrated myself to 'Mary' (It is not really her – remember we are in the cut-off creation – but I would say is instead this dualistic being [has male and female aspects] - Lucifer...) has always identified itself to me as Lucifer, and the worship of him is common in this world at the 'higher' echelons of society… Plus I can confirm he is dualistic/split, possessing both good and bad. One does not generally alter from being bad, one can be heartful/light, though I am not saying it is perfect at all, but it has light-aspects that the bad part really lacks [and yes, I can distinguish two aspects of this being, based upon personal experience, it is quite complex though, and it is mixed…]. - Yet still the one being. Finally, we are in this cut-off point from the True Reality/God - in Lucifer's creation, governed by him - the dualistic being... So, this explains everything, why he is bad [It is a level of evil that is unnatural and outside the scope of a normal being] why there is evil, why the True God does not directly aid; in truth, then, none of this was meant to occur... None of this should ever have been. He is bound by a nature he cannot control. Finally, this being has many roles/identities (Such as many of the ‘gods’ of this world and playing the true god in many religions) and it seems both dark and light.

So, it was not intended by this being (to become dualistic), it was not meant to happen, he cannot help himself, it is not personal, and this takes the sting out of it all… It is just a tragic happening. Then we could say if all this is so, that he is bound by a nature he has no control over.

It was revealed to me by insight/inner illumination, several times, that this is the cause of his evil, this tragic happening… It makes [at least a part of him, or for him to act like this sometimes – badly] to act in a way that is the opposite to the light… However, this darkness that he merged with will also not be deliberately evil, it is just a phenomenon [which has certain characteristics it cannot help] so in this sense, all this evil IS NOT DELIBERATE/WILLFUL, merely something that just happens to be like water happens to be wet… So this takes the sting out of it…

So, this is the explanation I got which reveals that the evil/darkness is actually not something willful/deliberate and is something it cannot help…

Now we know there is evil in this world, and I was given the understanding that this being cannot help it (remember it is split); and if this is so, then it makes sense… The being cannot help it, so evil we could say in a sense, is not deliberate.

Furthermore, I was given the understanding that to the darkness, there is no sin… Simply because they cannot help it at all, and do not have the Light in them.

Sin exists for the Light, but for darkness (their nature), it is not deliberate or willful evil/badness, and they just cannot help it. I am speaking about those who actually only have the essence of darkness without light. (This is not an excuse to let badness occur, though, but it is the explanation for those who have a dark nature and not of light… Such as the part of the fallen creator which is now dark.)

NOW HERE IS SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND: FOR DARK-BEINGS, OR THOSE WITH THAT ELEMENT IN THEM, WHAT THEY END UP DOING, IS NOT WITHIN THEIR POWER TO CHANGE! – THEY SIMPLY BEHAVE IN THE WAY THEY ARE; JUST LIKE IF YOU PROGRAM A ROBOT TO DO CERTAIN THINGS, IT DOES ONLY THEM.

Also, it came to me that in the Light/Real state, there is no fear (notice if drunk, it removes the fear anxiety, well the true state is far more potent than being drunk – there is no fear in it…) The Light will have bravery, also, and is very powerful…

Lastly, and this was even told to me by this being himself, he, as a created being – an angel – does not possess the Uncreated Core (Spirit – Literal offspring of the True Parent-God, or a piece of That) – so is a bit different from us; is not tethered to the Good as strongly as we are – for the Spirited, we are literally goodness/of light.)

A created being is not ultimately real – so because it lacks this Immaculate uncreated Core, it can also explain why it can do certain things… It is on an inferior level.

At least on one level of this being, there is much egotism, delusion, even insanity/chaos – the inverse aspect, so it would be the one, after undergoing the split, that became the demon/satan aspect.

 

THE IMPRISONMENT OF THE SPIRIT/TRUE SELF EXPLAINED

 

(Again: -- So, the Spirit/True Self is being held under by an alien entity - this keeping you in a false state, and in suffering.)

-- Basically, the Spirit is called the 'Deeper I' - it is you, caught up in identification with (and imprisonment under) this entity – this entity, by the way, is quite feeble… It is responsible for most if not all of your weakness and suffering.

-- It (Spirit) does not remember Itself, I would say is not aware of Itself, is in a comatose state.

-- What must be done is to free the entrapped Spirit (real you) and so get out of the imprisoned state.

-- What happens, if you do this, is that you undergo a profound shift/change.

-- It is a death and rebirth (worry not! You must go through this, and lose something alien/attached - and thus free the Spirit [what you think of as being you right now is not what you really are; an entity is attached to you, and you must get rid of this, and free the Real you, the 'Deeper I'/Spirit] - and it is an awesome transformation. In truth, it is one of the best things that can happen to you [the other is returning Home to The Origin]); and you are now out of a miserable state, and now will experience far more peace, pleasantness… A good state, far superior to what you had before.

-- When you undergo this change, coming out of the false/imprisoned state under the entity, freeing The Spirit and returning to the True State, this is the ‘First Liberation’.

(The ‘Second Liberation’ is when you then finally manage to get free of all levels of this ‘matrix’ and Return Home to The Origin. I MUST SAY NOW THAT IT MAY BE THE CASE, HOWEVER, THERE ARE TWO ASPECTS OF THE SPIRITUAL SELF… THEY MAY NEED TO BE RE-UNIFIED… WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT WHEN YOU DO FREE THE SPIRIT – KEEP THIS IS MIND AND ASK IT! – ALTHOUGH IT IS LIKELY IT WILL INFORM YOU/MAKE YOU AWARE OF THIS… SO, IF SO, YES, THEY MUST RE-JOIN, FIRST.)

-- Now you can get directed by Spirit - listen to the directions, act on them! (It will all be clear once you have achieved the 'shift'. However, it is said The Spirit is gentle, subtle - but you will know what is to be done once the Shift is complete.)

-- It is gentle, beautiful, loving - you will have guidance, be informed.

This is the real meaning of the term ‘enlightenment’, which seems to be, often, not understood, and confused for other things; of course, one can be illumined or enlightened on certain levels, like with knowledge, but the true meaning is simply to undergo this afore-described change, the freeing of the Spirit – thus coming to be that.

(You may want to read – from Part Two of this book, up until the heading ‘INFORMATION ADDRESSING VARIOUS SUBJECTS’ (you then stop reading when come to that heading) – because what this does is to set you on the path, after having ‘oriented’ you and cleaned you up. – Dealing with The Spirit/True-Parent-God, remember and be clean [intentions, speech, thoughts], reverent, and also physically [maintaining cleanliness and hygienic practices] (like, if preparing to meditate, do so in an acceptable state.) ALSO JUST AS A REMINDER, PLEASE SEE: IMPORTANT STEP OF CLEANSING YOURSELF FROM FORMER RELIGION, then see the information just right under this heading – remember to include the cleansing steps from religion in the process, if you have not done it.

 

HOW TO ACHIEVE THE FREEING OF THE SPIRIT – THE FIRST LIBERATION

 

-- There are several ways to pull off/achieve the ‘First Liberation’ – The Freeing of the Spirit:

(-- ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET THERE - TO SPIRIT/BACK INTO TRUE STATE - THEN ALL ANSWERS CAN BE HAD, AS WELL AS REAL KNOWLEDGE AND GUIDANCE – THIS IS ESSENTIAL!)

YOU DO NOT NEED TO THINK ABOUT THIS OR UNDERSTAND IT - JUST DO IT!

IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED, THEN YOU MUST MAKE A GOOD EFFORT, AND PERSIST! (IN THE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS OF MEDITATION YOU UNDERTAKE, AND OVER THE COURSE OF TIME CONTINUING TO PRACTICE.)

SOME MAY GET TO FREEDOM QUITE QUICKLY, FOR OTHERS IT MAY TAKE LONGER; JUST DON’T GIVE UP!

 

n  Of course, be reverent, clean, serious when having anything to do with Spirit.

 

1.) (A certain, direct kind of [going directly to the Goal of freeing Spirit]) Meditation:

- Be alone, undistracted, and not doing anything else; know you won't get interrupted for a while, set aside some time for this - also, visit the bathroom if you must, first.)

-- Do this as often as you can, it is of the utmost importance.

-- This is best done not after a big meal... 

-- Phone/(technological) devices off (or well away from you), so cannot get disturbed/interrupted when doing this; also on your phone, put the internet/4g off, and keep this device well away from you in this meditation.

-- It can be in a dark/darkened room - this is a good way to do it, I advise this.

-- Sit or lie down - be comfortable - and can put something over eyes to further darken, which you may find preferable. (This can help).

-- You will maybe want to use a blanket, that is fine, but don't fall asleep or go into lethargy, you need to be wide awake; you should not be cold though, that being a distraction.

If there is itchiness or the need to scratch to relieve yourself, do so only initially, before getting into meditation (not during the meditation), after that, just leave it, accept it, and learn to tolerate – it should go away/become bearable… (Because success in meditation requires stillness, non-movement, focus.)

You may notice that you can, if you like, ‘block your ears’ – perform an action which is like breathing in and contracting the middle region of the face (and internally in the skull) which has the effect of greatly cutting out outer noise – you can do this in meditation to aid you. (This can be done to a greater or lesser degree, you can experiment, you may notice inner sound… So you might want a balance of blocking out outer noise but not having too much inner sound [if you get that] – Don’t worry about pain, which can sometimes occur, and don’t worry about unblocking either… You’ll be fine – and don’t fear a little discomfort, be strong, robust.) Otherwise, you can just get a pair of ear plugs, if you want, to block out outer sound – maybe necessary if you live with others.

(Everything just said so far, can be applied going into all meditations - preparation for meditating.)

-- FORGET ALL OTHER CONCERNS! - NOW YOU ARE GOING TO TRY AND FREE THE SPIRIT! (Yes, I really mean this, let go of everything else, all worries, desires etc., now is the time to focus on this meditation – to liberate the Spirit.)

-- Breathe deeply and moderately slowly, in through the nose, and out through the mouth - do for ten counts (in through nose, out through mouth = 1 count); doing so to relax, calm...

-- Being still, don't move about (of course still breathe! - just stay still though, don't move body), relaxed, comfortable, silent (don't speak, externally or internally - be quiet).

-- Be present - aware, not in thought and concentrate - just hold this, abide in this. (You may notice that at times, you lose awareness of self/surroundings and go into 'unconscious thought-absorption' [absorbed into thought]; it can take some effort to maintain awareness/be out of thought (Remain present). – Also, you may find that in trying to concentrate, breathing is more difficult which makes maintaining focus hard… There are techniques to remedy this: you can hold in the breath for a while [This can be a full inhalation, or less than full, again, see what works for you… Also, It will do you no harm – I have done it for a fair while, and often, and am just fine] don’t go to the point where it is painful though, breathe out when you feel it has been held for too long… Then slowly breathe out, leave till must take new breath, then take it in and hold… Another is to slow the breathing – in and out taking a while with each… Moderate the breath, have conscious control over it, long, subtler inhalations and exhalations (I have heard that in the cases of serious meditators, they would so refine the breathing, making the inhalations and exhalations very slight and protracted – this is something to aim for, and it will greatly aid if you can achieve this; it is, if you like, mastery over the troublesome thing called breath or breathing… Those who have meditated, or who try it will find out what I mean by this. [at least for some – the ones that are troubled by breathing when trying to concentrate.]) Keep going, keep trying, you will get better at it.

You can of course experiment and see what works for you, personally. These are just some methods to aid in concentration, and in dealing with breathing in meditation.

It is said, that the mind and breath are inter-connected, slowing one slows the other; and remember, in meditation you are not thinking, it is beyond thought (Simply, you are not engaging or initiating thought at all; not thinking.) For some, they may not need to worry about moderating the breath, they can still focus.

[So, for some, it may be that when meditating/concentrating, they do not need to worry about controlling the breathing because it does not really interfere [they can just leave it] for others it does interfere. Try both of these: ‘seeing’/finding [in meditation] if you don’t need to control breathing, and try controlling – or moderating – it in the ways described above – what works for you – what helps best to maintain awareness/be out of thought and to concentrate.])

-- You are just there, out of thought/aware (present), still and silent - hold this; persist in it… (Don’t go with or touch thought, and don’t give up) It is that simple.

This first meditation is an extremely direct way to Liberation, so I recommend you persist with it, and keep doing this one as well as others – possible other variations of this meditation: apply all just said (the instructions for meditation from the beginning of this section) but also can pick some of the following to do as well:

-- You can also do all this, but specifically focus on the 'screen' you see when eyes are closed - out of thought, intensely focus on that screen (what you see when eyes are closed - the blackness).

-- For this type of meditation (following the above instructions), you can also just pick a sound, or something to hold onto (that you can perceive - it can be within, without) - again just hold it. 

-- Remember, meditation is the means to get to a certain end/goal (Liberation of Spirit).

-- You will enter into heightened awareness, and perhaps get a jolt. - Don't worry or lose focus, keep going.

-- The alien/attached entity can give you feelings like fear, anxiety etc. (You may feel them as your own - they are its' not yours...) - IGNORE and keep going in your meditation/concentration.

-- BE FEARLESS, BE STALWART. (Also, it can happen that if you advance you may get illusions… Such as you feel your body has moved, or you will die, or something bad will happen – these are bluffs, lies, ignore them all, your body hasn’t moved, just keep going in meditation… Ignore voices as well if you hear them… You will get all the guidance you need from Spirit once you achieve liberation by meditation, so press on always to your freedom, meditate, free the Spirit.)

-- It is said - in the silence (+ stillness) Truth remembers Itself (Spirit indeed REMEMBERS WHAT IT IS/ITSELF - so in a sense wakes, the attached entity goes - The Spirits' identification with the entity is over - This is the first Liberation.)

-- So, you go through a death and rebirth – the first liberation. (Again - DON'T BE AFRAID! IT IS NECESSARY THAT YOU GO THROUGH THIS - AND GET FREE FROM THE FALSE STATE/ENTITY YOU THINK IS YOU! Because, who/what you think you are right now, is not the real you… Again, the real you MUST be freed!)

-- So just go for it, dive in, cross the threshold (One of the very best things that can happen to you) – It is of the utmost importance you do so, and you will have attained a major step forward in your freedom, and also just went and lifted yourself out of much suffering. (There will be an incredible difference for the better in your state after you free the Spirit.)

 

2.) Another method is this:

-- You can do this with eyes open or closed.

-- Just come out of thought (sit or lie down, be comfortable), focus intently on all that you can perceive (though not in mind or mental level) – what you can see, hear, etc. hold that... Be intensely aware/present - out of thought (Again: you may notice that at times, you lose awareness of self and go into 'unconscious thought-absorption'; it can take some effort to maintain awareness/remain out of thought. Remember what was said about this in the first meditation.)

-- It may take some effort, but again, be aware, hold, have discipline, don't give up, maintain this, this should end up with the desired result. (Obviously, the important thing is that you persist, and that you do not give up… It may take a while or for some, not so long.)

(Out of imposed, incessant thought-stream).

-- You could also just focus on one thing, like sound. (Example: listen to the sounds of the world, eyes closed).

So, I advise for this type of meditation, try just sitting with eyes open and focusing on what you can perceive, to take you out of mind. – See what works for you. 

 -- You could start doing this quite often, in some cases some might do it most of the day. (It is a step higher than the common human state of being submerged in mind, under unconscious thought absorption - to being out of that, present, aware and in reality.)

 

3.) In reality, you are the ‘Deeper I’ The Spirit/True Self/Perceiver. Again, it does not remember Itself, It is not aware of Itself (in a comatose state, under the alien entity that it is identified with).

-- I suppose it could be said, all It knows is what you know! (You being the enchained Spirit, in an ignorant state).

-- You feel you are this person (the false self/state), which, by the way, is the alien entity you are attached to you, living through you! You (Spirit) are basically mixed in with it…

-- The incessant stream of thoughts are not yours… (When not deliberately thinking), and seem to originate from this entity.

-- Now here is a secret… - There is a thought, yes, a THOUGHT, in mind -- 'I' (It is not the Deeper I/Spirit - real you) that the Spirit is identified with. (THAT HAS BEEN CALLED THE GREAT SHACKLE OF CONSCIOUSNESS [ANOTHER NAME FOR SPIRIT).

-- This I-Thought is what you think you are! YES, IT IS THE FEELING OF ‘YOU’ – WHAT YOU FEEL YOURSELF TO BE!

-- Now, if you can just hold this, yes, hold it (focus on it) that is said to have the effect of somehow undoing it.

-- Another method is – try to find yourself… Just try and grasp what you are – find ‘me’ – this is another technique… Just do so, another possible way to freedom.

-- Lastly, look for what is it that is aware of thoughts.

 

4.) Another method: Hold the 'I AM':

You exist. You are aware that you are. Keep only in focus, the feeling of being/existing; the feeling that you are. Go into it, abide. (This is deeper than the ‘I-thought’.)

-- Just keep the feeling I am, go deep into that sense, no other thoughts, concerns...

Do this as often as you can, or at least set aside some times during the day, for a good period of time, for this one.

DO THESE OFTEN; AT LEAST SET ASIDE SAY, THREE TIMES A DAY, FOR SAY, A GOOD WHILE EACH TIME. (Even an hour each time – each time you begin a meditation, you are seeking to free the Spirit… The serious ones will dive into these meditations, and seek the freedom of the first liberation/returning to Spirit.)

Please, try a technique, go for the first one to begin with (direct way to success), and stick with it, make an effort, don’t be lazy - your salvation depends upon it... If you seem to not have success, yes, try other ones... the important thing is to stick with it, though, and make a strong effort.

(So, try one at a time, though you could practice more than one per day [at different times]).

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO PROGRESS/SUCCEED THEN MAKE A STRONG EFFORT, AND SUSTAIN THAT.

n  If you have desires and attachments still, you may find when you go into meditation you have ‘pulls’ to those things; those external things, you/the mind will want to go after them, perceiving them pleasant and desirable… (See in: ABOUT REINCARNATION, remember, you MUST give up all of these things, follow that instruction.)

n  What this means is that you are not single-minded (wanting just that) in your desire for Liberation/Freeing the Spirit… It means that you will not go for it with utmost intensity/effort, because there are things out there you still want. (It dampens focus/intensity of desire for freedom.) In some cases, there may be only interest for the outer things, and this kills interest in liberation of the Spirit – this means that meditation would not be very effective… This should be corrected. 

n  However, if you are to sever all these desires and attachments (a good way to do so is to think over the negatives of them, how nothing really satisfies or lasts, and that you may die at any time… So have not time to waste or lose on lesser things, you must give up the lower for the higher, and you won’t regret it! That also what you are looking for – that peace and fulfillment can be had, but is not out there or in things/people, but IS THE SPIRIT.) then there are no longer pulls form the mind, internal desires, to go out there…

n  You can take it even further, you can develop revulsion for all the things of this life, and want out of the state you are in now (the false/imprisoned one, under the foreign entity), with a MIGHTY DESIRE/INTENSITY – so having nothing you want out there, and loathing it and tired of your state of bondage, and wanting only the Spirit/Freedom, you begin to meditate with a terrific potency/effectiveness and effort, and do so a lot longer (for every session) and often…

This is the condition by which you can really advance, and most likely get free far sooner.

Another thing:

There are other methods, but the ones I have provided are quite direct means to get free.

Then, once you have attained the first liberation – freed the spirit – you will be directed… (Of course, but also just remember to ask It what should I do plus ask about other Spiritual Part, if there needs to be a reunion… see in: THE IMPRISONMENT OF THE SPIRIT/TRUE SELF EXPLAINED – it is in bold/capitalized [the info you are to read in that section) You may have some tasks to do… All will be revealed when you get there (but after ‘enlightenment’ [as liberation of the Spirit is also called] you are not here to just sit around!) – but what will be the case, is then you will be seeking to get free from this world entirely/all subtle layers of the ‘matrix’ – returning Home, to the Origin; this is the second liberation.

So, hurry along with all that must be done, whatever that is… Your life is allotted-time (You have a certain period/amount of time to live), and with it you should achieve the previously mentioned Goals… Don’t waste it, don’t be foolish; it is a golden opportunity to achieve absolute freedom.

Though, what also must occur, is the dissolution of this fallen creation and evil entity – as others have noted. (This insight came to me once, I was contemplating on the great ones of light, and it was revealed that they will be seeking to just dissolve this whole mess, this distortion… Which by the way, from what I have read/gathered, is going to happen. [Having been described as the ‘Unstoppable Force’ – that which is coming to utterly dissolve the evil… Though please continue to work for your salvation, personally.])

 

OTHER METHODS FOR AIDING (YOU)/GAINING ANSWERS:

 

I do recommend that you address the Ultimate/Primordial Reality/True-Parent-God. (If you go back to the section: ‘INTRODUCTION’ [where this is described] you can see this… (In my understanding) There are if you like, two aspects, One is the absolute ultimate, beyond consciousness (again, it is like deep, dreamless sleep), the other What we have called ‘God’ – Being/Existence Itself, aware of Itself, and that has Consciousness (perceives!) This all seems to be One/Indivisible (So this is the One we have called ‘God’ [The Real One] or we can say the Source) and indeed is an awesome miracle and mystery! By a liberated one [who attained the liberation of the Spirit] it was said: these two are one… You should address both, as ONE, or can do separately [for both].)

 

You can begin to conceive of This One as a mother or father, or both, whatever you prefer.

Begin to cling to This One, and become devoted in love, constant pleading for salvation, do not give up. ALONG WITH CONTINUING TO MEDITATE – PUT INTO PRACTICE THE THINGS THAT WILL RESULT IN THE FREEDOM OF THE TRUE SELF.

However, be respectful, reverent. (Not over the top, but show right respect and reverence to this Great Source.)

You can spend time with This One, and your relationship will grow… You will then develop more love and desire for The Ultimate/True-Parent/Source/Reality.

You can indeed be devoted to THAT pictured in human form, and then grow in familiarity and friendship.

Always remember however you are addressing this Ultimate Reality/Truth/Origin of All. (But this can be pictured as a mother or father, though what I am saying is remember you are still addressing the Great Source.)

What you should do if you are spending time with This Great Source, is give It your focus/attention, and do not take your focus from It… (So, if going to the Great Source, you ought not to have your mind scattered, or on other things… That is disrespectful… You are however not to conceive of this One as something cold, It is not and is described as benign.  All I am saying is that, in love, we show right reverence and respect to This One.) You can then also, be silent and listen…

You should begin to get answers, direction, and it can even occur - the miraculous. (You might).

This One is not limited to logic, reason or linearity. Then when finished your session, you respectfully end the communication. (Although It is always with you, and you can always interact with It.)

Of this One it can be said:

There is nothing without it, all is within it, and it is beyond everything – recognized to be absolutely benign.

The Primordial Parent is the Source of Light, and it was said: all the gods combined are not equal to one ray of the ‘Father’.

It was said, this Ultimate-Reality can respond to you – (metaphorically), its waters become ice and you are saved. (So you can reach it/walk on it – in a manner of speaking…)

Though, for This One, The Source, it has been said that It is very gentle/humble, although is the most powerful… So being still and silent is important, to listen to It, and be patient.

Now it has also been said, Christ is the one to go to who can help us – this has been said in a number of places. So, ask the Source/Ultimate to tell Christ all your pleas for salvation… Always have in mind, you are addressing the True Christ (Outside of this dualistic/fallen creation.)

Of course, you would again want to find out if He was real… Not saying He was not, but in your ignorance you will not know.

Just be aware though that entities and especially the false god can masquerade as Higher Figures.

 

It has been said that several (expressed) longings from the heart to be free will help you. (Feel deeply and heartfully – so from the heart – that you want to be free, out of the imprisonment.)

 

BREATHING METHOD:

There is a breathing exercise you could try (which is simply to breathe fairly quickly to fast, as deep as you can, in-out [could be in through nose out through nose/mouth, or in and out [inhalations and exhalations] through mouth, but I would not breathe in through mouth and out through nose.] Then just keep that up… You can lie down when doing it, in a darkened room, even with a covering over the eyes… It can alter your state and grant higher understanding.)  don’t do it too often (I’d recommend once a week, but every so often you could do it twice in a week…), and if it does not go well for you – i.e., you have adverse reactions, then just discontinue. Also, it would be best to do this in a well-ventilated room, even outside/outdoors and also do not do so when there is smoke or deodorant or such-like just sprayed.

What should be said is that, you can also do this exercise with slower breathing, but the important thing is to sustain it – just keep doing it, it may even take an hour or more, just go until you reach the desirable state – and keep breathing to hold it.

Have in mind what you want to know, but chiefly you are going to, if possible, get access to the Higher Spiritual Source.

I MUST SAY, THOUGH, THAT YOU SHOULD NOT JUST GO RIGHT INTO INTENSE BREATHING, WARM UP FIRST BY GRADUALLY BUILDING UP – FROM SLOWER, TO FASTER… MAYBE TO WARM DOWN, JUST, AFTER YOUR SESSION, RELAX AND BREATHE SLOWLY FOR A BIT, AND DON’T JUST SUDDENLY GET UP…

DISCONTINUE IF HAVE ANY TROUBLE THOUGH…

Why this activity? Because as you will find, it is a way to get higher understanding, access a different state, possibly even contact the Spirit and achieve Liberation.

 

IMPECCABILITY IN SURVIVAL/CONDUCT

 

Be impeccable in your survival (because success depends upon you staying alive); do not be foolish or do things that could get you into trouble/injured.

Think through all possible outcomes of a decision/action before going ahead with that decision/action.

Now the simple fact is, if one does not think, and chooses to do things which result in negatives for oneself, that means that you will learn the hard/ugly way – and that is not worth it! (Meaning, the pain and misery that results from certain decisions, is not worth the little bit of pride [or whatever] you get from doing that thing – this calls for HUMILITY, accepting one is not so magnificent and invincible [while in flesh, in imprisoned state]. So, if you feel the urge to avenge an insult and that gets you into violence, or hurt them, and so into jail – you know, don’t, walk away, control your anger, learn to not care, because you have to survive in this rotten little world, so you can get freedom.

The ego is what gives the human being a false sense of grandeur and heightened sense of self-importance (It is not the human being’s fault – it is given to them, though even still, we should not choose to indulge these silly ideas of excessive self-importance and invulnerability – we deal with reality and the facts as they are); it is false, and childish… The mature accept reality as it is and what they are without embellishments.

Pride has been said to be an infantile resistance to our weakness/deficiency; because people can be too weak too accept the more low reality about themselves (that they are not so great as they think/or lack the qualities they mistakenly feel they have)… Humility takes strength and is correct.

Of course, do not get others into trouble/harm either so THINK, be HUMBLE, STAY ALIVE, and when concerning other people, put others before yourself, and finally, eschew ego/egotism. (It’s more important you stay alive, so can succeed along this Path, and get to Freedom!) 

Especially for women, but also for men (any age of both genders in fact):

There can unfortunately be cases of people being taken into trafficking/slavery - be careful, don't just trust anyone even if they seem nice. (Also, you do not need relationships, only to reach the Inner Spirit and get free - we are not to set up a life here.)

If you are putting info out on say, suicide, or things you do not know are legal in your country, what you should do is check if legal in your country, just so you do not get into trouble. If not sure, just do not.

Lastly in this regard, please know that there are mysterious entities in this world, along with just the natural/known ones (animals, particularly the dangerous kind), and these non-physical inter-dimensional beings do abduct/snatch human beings.

Look at all the missing persons in (particularly) national parks. So, what I am saying is, you must avoid going out, especially alone, to these very isolated places.

The world is not like what you have been told it is, or how the uninformed imagine it and it is a fairly dangerous place… I am not saying to be a coward or afraid, but avoid going off alone into very remote places, for extended times, simply so you can stay alive, and attain the great goals of life.

You’ll be able, then, to have Higher guidance, know amazing things, and leave this unpleasant, old, predatory and hostile universe behind forever.

 

CLOSING WORDS

 

We live in precarious times (Life on earth, really, has always been so...) There may be great changes coming, maybe not for the good; wars, lockdowns/disruption of normal life... Also, your own upcoming certain death (You could die in any way, at any time, even in sleep; even if young, or quite fit.) So don't delay, hasten to the goal, calmly, but not fooling around or being slow.

(Although, I am getting that something very good is coming up… the truth is, though, you need to work on your own salvation – your personal one – and not worry about the world, and what is coming up… Dates and events, good or bad [Like dissolution of the world, or bad conditions imposed on us, or wars or the end of civilization as it has been] have always been anticipated, but are not certain… Don’t worry about any of that and continue on your personal path of progression to the goals…

 Though it is always beneficial to keep in mind that time is finite, and the end is not known… This will spur you on in a way that would not occur should you not keep in mind you will die and that this could happen at any time. Time/life is finite and its end is unknown; so to project in the mind ideas of longevity or life-expectancy, and take comfort in the feeling that you will go on very long, is unwise… Finally, I am not saying that you become obsessed with death or not knowing when you will die… This is not to be the case, but simply remember that you really do not know when you will go (die), and so act on this (understanding), with diligence and haste, along the path to Salvation.)

-          You have been shown the way to true knowledge, it is gotten from The True Self, I absolutely do not recommend that you go out there (full of agents, deceivers, trying to mislead and confuse; for remember this is the enemy’s world) looking for it (Knowledge/answers)… Once more, go to the Inner Source, and get real/true knowledge, guidance, without any falsity…

I just want you – my beloved brothers and sisters, to be free!

May all come to truth; be free from suffering and darkness; be fully liberated - and be at peace/be well.

Now that you have read all of this, and should be changed (if you did not previously know this information, or were in religion [a mental prison] or false spirituality [which simply mis-directs you from the real understanding and path] - meaning you have a better, accurate understanding of this world, its creator and who/what you really are and what you are to do. (Simply, free the True Self, then listen to the instructions, to what must be done* finish all of that, and ultimately leave this creation behind and return to the Origin.)

*(The Spirit guides in this… - remember, again, there may be two parts – So a reunification must take place… Maybe…)

 

You must fight laziness/weakness and make a strong effort - or just don't advance! (Remain stuck in this wretched world, and maybe reincarnate again, and again! - until you do get it right and cease to be lazy and get yourself to salvation. Be one who does not shy away from hardship/hard work/effort. [For men especially, it used to be known as manliness, as not shunning the difficult but embracing it.])

However, if you absolutely cannot manage this (The instructions below), please just be sorry for past wrongs/sins, do not want to do them again, forgive others, and go forth not sinning and doing right. Please also do what is highlighted in bold up until the section: ‘TAKING UP THE RIGHT WAY TO LIVE… Please also follow that to the best of your ability, why? Because it is about your good, for your benefit, and to aid in getting you to salvation.

 

The New Beginning in your life, Initial step:

Now, what ought to be done, is for you to act on this information - as said above, your understanding should be changed (freed from falsity/error, and correctly informed); undertake the following, 'correction' (fixing up/sorting out yourself) and 'orientation' (directing yourself to the task/way [to achieve total freedom] - to what must be done... You are to now completely change! - Be courageous and just dive into these instructions! - it is time to let go of all wrongs and weaknesses -- IT IS TIME TO JUST DO IT [BROTHER/SISTER!]):

 

-- Please set aside a day (or at least some time, so you can get this done) for this - you may want to read over this 'orientation'/initial step, before then committing to it/doing it. (Even take a holiday for a while, or a few days off for this purpose - begin, though as soon as possible.)

 

-- Firstly, tidy up your dwelling/room - quickly. (To a decent extent - so the place is in good order and not a mess.)

-- Prepare some clean clothes (- so, all the items of clothing [that will be put on] are to be clean/fresh) and set them aside to be worn, later.

-- You could also put new (washed) bedding out (sheets, pillowcases etc. – so it is clean and fresh), and also prepare new night garments, similarly fresh/clean.

-- This is for the new you, the new impeccable life you are to live, or at least try to live.

-- You might want to begin this undertaking the next day, but you should not delay in beginning it.

-- This is to be done sincerely.

-- You must change, now! You must change! - Think of all your former errors/wrongs/sins (not literally every one of them - but think over what you can; of your impurities, badness, thefts, lying, breaking your word, of doing wrong to others and so on) and be sorry! - What it means is, from the heart, be contrite. Think of now, all your wrongs as one thing: and be sorry, contrite - from the heart/sincerely (because you did wrong, and yes, sin is real, goodness is real, the conscience is a special thing) - and feel you do not want to do them (the sins/wrongs) again, you will make a new start, living a good/sinless life. -- If you have guilt and shame for past wrongs, that is a good thing; those are appropriate reactions and feelings to bad things... If you are genuinely sorry and repentant, be free/cleared of these feelings - it was in the past, you are no longer that old person. 

This is just how you are to live. (Being in a dark world, this understanding is not much respected, and even it can occur that, they [the dark ones] try to make it seem there is no sin! - This is a dark world, and many of the beings here have a dark nature, they are not like us [of the Light-nature] they lack what we possess - we are different.)

-- Now forgive others, just forgive them, for wronging you (other people are just other you-s, other self-s – people are just like you internally, individual selves); think through as many as you can, forgive them! Put it all aside. No grudges held. (However, in severe cases of being wronged, then yes, they would have to apologize sincerely first, and somehow make amends, recompense you… But just forget all past wrongs, and forgive if you can. Go past need for revenge…)

-- Now address the True-Parent (Source/God) and your Spirit, declaring you are sorry for your past sins and bad life, and now want to change, not repeat the mistakes and do right from now on.

(This should be sincere, and you can make yourself feel that, try hard if difficult.)

(Just do your level best; and if you fall, if you have done wrong, be sorry and start again, do not worry, or hate yourself!)

-- Go forth renewed of heart and mind.

-- I now revoke, make null and void, dissolve all agreements or 'contracts' that were made with me in trickery (i.e., I was deceived, not aware), and that are negative for me, and that keep me here.

I now completely sever myself from the creator of this fallen creation, and all under this thing as well; I want nothing to do with them or this fallen creation, I want to free my Spirit, and get out - and return Home.

-- Distance yourself from this world as much as possible, do not bother with the things of it, I would say also leave alone mainstream films/movies, bands, news etc., Just cut it off. (What I would do.)

-- Again, THIS WORLD IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT IS! – YOU ARE GIVEN A FALSE SENSE OF REALITY BY THE MIND… (fallen creator/or possibly A.I.)

I am under the protection of the True-Source-Parent – and say, please Father/Mother, aid me in all, protect me, help me in all. (Continue to rely on self-effort though.)

-- Now a clean-up of you - on all levels (physical, mental, energetic, Spiritual):

(Faith and intention together for this, imagine this powerful light destroying all negative things (curses, sexual ties, entities, implants etc. all negative energy) on all levels of your being, completely cleaning and healing you, and that is protective as well. - Imagine it as a very strong blast going through all your levels [physical, mental, energetic and spiritual], cleaning up, healing you and that is protective.)

By the power of the True Light of The True Parent-God and the Ultimate Source, I destroy all that is negative, detrimental to me - on all levels.

-- Breathe out all this black stuff - now again breathe in the cleansing Light; now expel all foreign energy - imagine as black and it getting taken care of (so, if you have any energy picked up from others you should not have, for example] by the True Parent-God; now imagine all energy that you lost (- again, imagine the True-Parent God completely cleaning all this), and now breathe in all your lost energy... - Ah! Completely cleaned and renewed...

-- Now go and take a shower or bath (wash) and put on your new, fresh clothes.

 

**You can imagine this protective light of the True God around you protecting you on all levels, every morning... - It envelops you completely, and is protection – nothing can breach it.**

 

Let go of all your addictions now, drop them; just cease to smoke, consume alcoholic drinks, take drugs, do impure things, all of the negative, detrimental actions/habits - drop! You can! No matter how difficult just go forth and do!

Go on a four to eight day fast (water only – and if you can manage, you can do one dry day - not even water. Go as long as you can (according to the time-scale I have given, but you might want to go longer, that is your choice… Eight days should be enough to begin with, you can always fast again later, longer. but if cannot go on, or have trouble in the heart, break the fast.)

The stated intention of the fast is to: atone for previous sins, to become stronger by the endurance (so can cope with hardships), cut ties to food and drink – so you are not so dependent upon them, and see you can go without them for a time (only water for this fast; take a good amount in the morning only, or if must, again a bit later in the day – avoid it about two hours before sleep.) and this will help to clean the body up a fair bit; also it will reduce some fat, which is good, and should aid you in breathing (less tissue to oxygenate, so not as much intake of air required, thus slower/less breathing), which should also make meditation easier.

-- Do not worry, this is not that long a fast, it is possible; some go a lot longer - just remember, do not go on if absolutely cannot - but if you can, try and endure the hardships.

-- This is a time of also just cutting your old bad habits/ways... Clearing away all old thought patterns, focusing on your new mode of life. (You should also indeed continue to try the meditations to reach Spirit.)

I recommend also, that you go outside for breathing exercises – say, three times per day, for five minutes at a time – as usual, it is the in via the nose and out through the mouth, deeply/fully and fairly but not too slowly. (Because of the better air quality outdoors, and this being beneficial for the system/cleansing.)

THIS IS THE INITIAL PHASE, THE CLEANSING, THE ORIENTATION - now you are fixed up, and a new being, with a new attitude, and bent on reaching the true goals of your life - Freeing The Spirit, doing then whatever else must be done, and then getting free from this fallen creation, returning back Home to the Origin.

 

 

TAKING UP THE RIGHT WAY TO LIVE

 

Along with the ways provided (direct meditations to get to Spirit - in part one), and after you have went through the initial phase of cleaning up/beginning anew/orientation, (the initial phase) then take up this way -- The Way - short for 'The Right Way To Live', which is:

-- The overcoming/cessation of all evils, wrongs, weakenings and undue negatives, and the development/cultivation of the good, right, strengthening and fair positivity. (Look, you are not demanded to obsess about this, and not to feel if you have a negative thought you are bad or have fallen! No, it is not that way - it just means let go of the negative state of perceiving, of being. [because now, the world does not matter to you, yes, it is not good, but you have the path to walk and your salvation to get, and ultimate freedom - so there is thus reason to be happy – you are just passing through this mediocre little world; just have to endure it for a time.])

This way encompasses the moral aspect (relating to conscience, right and wrong [doing the former in all, not doing the latter], impeccable living [so do your best in all you do, of course you can rest, but be diligent and not lazy, keep going forward in your progress, do well in what you do, don't be 'half-hearted'.])

(You may still have a conscience [it gets dulled by sin], but still, it seems the heart reveals right and wrong; you can just feel it/tell.)

It also includes, that you do not do what is weakening for your health/you, and you seek to be healthy, choosing what is beneficial.

Though I would say, do not be attached to the physical/body or health as some people are; because we are to ultimately strip away all attachments to everything in this life, not cement attachment/inflame desire for them.

Eschew ego/egotism. It was said that much talk wastes ‘prana’ or energy, so, do not talk too much.

In short, it is the upward path in life, not following the downward – and should heal and strengthen you in all areas…

This is simply the right way to live... (At least, it is for us, of Spirit/the good nature - we are not to be sinful, impure, mediocre, cowardly, ignoble, and so on.)

Now I applaud you if you have got this far... - Now established in the way, a changed individual, and you know what you are to do. Bless you, fortunate one! - May you attain the great goals.

New start:

Stop smoking, consuming alcoholic drinks, taking all drugs and psychedelics (interestingly, some people who have taken these say it was a 'dead-end road' - it does not actually get you very far; it is within this matrix.) and seek to replace your 'prescription' medication (of the man-made variety), with natural alternatives and other ways of coping with your problems like stress, anxiety and fear which are in fact, really, common to all humans. (Things like, lavender, chamomile, lemon balm, possibly ashwagandha.)Though this is the decision of the individual, of course.

 

New Age and false spirituality:

I have even heard it was said, the new age was created as a net to catch the awakening ones'; it is about distracting you from true Spirituality/answers - which is simply uncovering the imprisoned Spirit (the urgent imperative) then seeking to ultimately get free from this matrix.

It may even be put forth, in some systems, that you need to spend lifetimes doing good and serving to earn enlightenment, this is not so at all.

 

Diet:                               

Go for a clean diet; avoid unhealthy foods... Try and keep it natural, organic.

Eliminate the artificial products, sweets/candies and 'fizzy' drinks/sodas. Get a good amount of water.

Imagine protection of The True God on your food/drink, cleaning it... Use intent it is so and feel it as so.

If you can, eliminate the meat; even go vegan. You also do not need to eat that much, or three times a day. Once or twice is fine. You could also get some kind of filter for your water.

Finally, it is possible to transition off of solid foods, people have done it, and are just fine.

It is a gradual transition, you say give up meat, then go vegetarian, then vegan, then onto fruits… You can eat less, and have less meals a day… Supplement with some deep breathing outside, every day... You can do this, say, three times a day, do for maybe five minutes - again, deeply, slowly, in via the nose, out via the mouth. (Known as 'prana' or 'chi' - known as life force energy, it is a subtle energy, and can be taken in by breathing...)

Though if you ever attempt this, and feel ill, eat again; though it can be little, once a day, or every few days, and does not have to be that much…

 

If you have an entity attachment/possession (or more than one):

What is being said, and this is spoken of by many sources, is that there is a subtle, or vital aspect/energetic field/non-physical aspects, also known as the aura.

It is said to be the case, that certain things weaken this: they would be, smoking, consuming alcohol, taking drugs, much sexual activity, great depression/negativity…

For some, having an entity attachment/possession can so impair their lives, they cannot do much at all, cannot be still/silent/meditate, because it will not allow them.

Even if it is just a lesser one, you will want to clear it – you can push/force it out by will – target it and push it/force it out by will. You may need to drink a little liquid before doing so, to aid in vomiting.

Sometimes they can be loud when you are pushing them out/exiting by vomiting – so you may want to dull the sound out by, say, putting on the washing machine, the taps/water running, and loud music (not too loud), to dull this out.

Leave a window open after, also. What you can do is starve it of what it likes (a weakness) – say, gluttony, or lust, do opposite, don’t indulge.

(For entity attachments/demonic possessions, do not take up again the bad/habit(s)/addiction(s) that it liked... Also, it was said for possessions, you can fast to get them out... Do opposite of what it likes.)

 

There is another way:

So, again, if you cannot meditate or have a serious entity attachment/possession.

(First, go and see the information about TAKING UP THE WAY/RIGHT WAY TO LIVE

What this should do, (you taking this path up), is gradually purify, heal and strengthen the subtle/vital aspects (spoken of a bit earlier), so that, at a certain point, it reaches such an integrity (strength/healing), that anything that should not be there, is expelled! – Or that, after a certain time, the entity’s (or entities) power is so muted/dulled, it may then be possible to meditate and become free – or even force it out, in the way described earlier.

 

Keep out of trouble/to yourself:

I am just making you aware, not trying to frighten you – there are many cases of missing persons from the wilderness/deep nature… What I am saying, is that, it is best for you to avoid going – especially alone – on camping trips in the wilderness/nature reserves – isolated places. This has nothing to do with fear or cowardice, but because we do live in a fairly dangerous world, and because there are mysterious beings that most do not really know about, that do snatch those who are far from populated areas.

Also, we, as fairly fragile and vulnerable human beings (in these bodies that are obviously quite feeble and delicate – they just are!) We are not invincible! (While in the state of being in flesh/imprisoned.), and thus, should not involve ourselves, foolishly, in situations that could get us injured/killed or impaired.

I not saying to take concern to an extreme extent, and become cowardly, worried, but to simply keep in mind, the reality of what you are (all of us, in the imprisoned condition), and be careful – again, success is dependent on survival.

 

If stressed/in pain:

Breathe deeply (outside helps, or open a door/window) - in through the nose, out through the mouth - moderately slowly... Also just keep doing this if very stressed, it does help.

Fast - go without food for a while, on some days say one or two to begin with, you can even go without water. (Watch heart and how you feel on fast, if cannot go on, end it)… It seems there is an instinct to go without food when not feeling so well… And this does help.

Be with company.

 Take a cold shower - as cold and as long as you like.

Sometimes it may be a warm shower or bath you want, whatever helps.

Cry, cry! It is the way to healing. From the heart, feel, express, get out all your feeling…

Remember you are not alone, others have been through similar stresses/suffering.

Sometimes it may help to just let the pain be there, accept it, embrace it - for example if grieving the death of someone, it will go in time... Remember, you are not alone in this, it is a natural part of life.

Take some time off work, and maybe even be alone for some time; you should relax in your time off, and not feel rushed into anything… Just rest and give yourself some time to do so.

Immerse yourself in what you like doing.

Be grounded in reality/out of mind – notice even if chaotic internally, it is just fine and peaceful externally… No big deal in reality is going on. You'll notice that we live in two realities, if you like: the one is the inner, the imagination, which can be changed, the other the outer, mundane, objective...

The two are different of course... The imagination is false, and life is never like that, so that is a relief to see.

 Just get out of mind, be present, continue with slowed, deeper breathing…

Another secret is to just cast out of your mind what troubles you – don’t entertain it.

 

Deceivers/Agents/Disinformation:

This, again, is the dualistic fallen beings’ (Lucifer) world/creation.

Unfortunately, there are many deceivers/agents out there, giving false information, this is why I do not recommend you go out there for truth/answers. They lie, they confuse, and speak falsity, saying it is truth.

What I am saying is simply to get to your Spirit, and then you can get all the answers – you do not need to go looking out there for it.

You should not go out there for it.

 

Disidentifying with body - practices:

Cease to look at mirrors, or reflective surfaces; so do not see the body/face anymore. (If you desire; it is a means to stop reinforcing the feeling that you are the body/face.)

Here is an exercise to practice, to detach you from the body:

Am I the nails? (See – no, I am not [in this way] - I am not in the nails, I know I am not the nails... then go over all the parts of the body in the same manner as with the nails) The foot? the lower leg? the upper leg? The torso? The arm? The hand? The neck? The lips? The nose? The eyes? The face? The hair? (on head) The skin? The fat? The muscle? The internal organs? The blood vessels? The blood? The sinews? The bones? Further: Do I digest food? Beat the heart? – No, so, in this way, you can begin to detach from the feeling you are the physical body.

The body, I would say, is just a dead* (of itself) vehicle (and a prison) and a construct.
*It is just a thing, an inanimate object, not alive...

Also, by recognizing that the body is not that pleasant in reality, but quite the opposite, and has only a certain time of youth/beauty and then decays, and becomes more feeble… So you see that it is just a vile thing, that doesn’t last long, and perishes. Also, because the body is so obviously vile in design, that betrays a mind/will behind it to design it.

 

Drugs/'psychedelics':

I would not take these things, in my understanding, they are all under the control of the dark/dualistic ruler; and some have had experiences on these things, where they found out indeed it was this entity behind them. (Anything within this cut-off world/matrix, will be under the power of the dark ruler.)

One thing that happened is someone asked to see God… the entity behind the ‘plant medicine’ revealed itself as satan, the ruler of the world… It said, if you are looking outside, you are looking for me (because it is its’ world and it is in everything, here) then it said, about finding God – look in a different direction… (In other words, WITHIN!). So, this is just what I am saying as well! This is just how it is! We are not to stay here at all, but are to leave and return to the true Homeland.

-- You might get possessed/entity attachments as well (It has happened), or become traumatized (which can be very severe, and it is reported there have been suicides after people have consumed these things), or get damaged somehow: all these can happen - STAY CLEAR OF DRUGS/PSYCHEDELICS!

Also, as written under the ‘New Start’ section, something to notice with those who take these things, is it does not seem to actually do that much at all for them (at least in some cases), they may as well not have bothered to ingest them!

We do not need these things at all.

 

Psychics/Shamans:

The trouble with psychics or shamans is that they cannot be fully trusted - they could do things that are not beneficial to you if you give them permission to access you. (You are in the dark kingdom, and these kinds of beings are all over the place… It is unfortunately a recognised phenomenon that many of these kinds of people are two-faced, they present themselves as good, but they are dark, specifically referring to shamans, but probably with psychics in some cases as well, frankly you just cannot trust others... Plus they could be working for the enemy – I would say, do not go to them. Again, you go within to Spirit, for all Truth, that is all you need to do – out there is just not to be trusted.)

 

Kundalini:

Basically, it is an energy in the root of the spine… It can rise up through the spine, if activated.

Since the body was created by the fallen creator, the things of it (body) are under that being's control.

You therefore should NOT attempt to activate this. (Also, you don’t need to do this, and with everything unknown, you should consult with the Spirit first, and you do so by undergoing the change already spoken of previously.)

 

 '5D Earth':

It is now widely distributed on the internet that there is a new earth coming to be… In the fifth dimension… I have heard this is a trap.

That in reality, a real rapture is coming for those who belong to the Original Reality outside this cut off and fallen creation…

So, intervention by the higher forces (of Light) – as for why they take so long, that is mentioned near the bottom of section two.

Again, do not just sit back and do nothing just because you have heard this - continue along the path to your salvation, still.

 

Vaccines:

Do not go for these, because you do not know what is in them, what it does to your body/system/health and also because many people have had very bad reactions to them. (Also, a fair amount have died).

People who have received these vaccinations, still can and do get infected with the virus.

Furthermore, because they may contain tissue from aborted fetuses.

-- I am referring to all types of vaccinations - people need to just stop taking things with blind faith because most others do, or the 'authorities' advise it - you must inform yourself, research the potential negatives/effects of them.

PEOPLE ALSO NEED TO PROTEST/FIGHT AGAINST TYRANNY – OR JUST SIT BACK AND BE WALKED OVER.

 

Lucid dreaming/astral projection:

I would avoid unless given the ok from The Spirit - I have heard that it might be possible to attach an entity to someone when they are out of the body doing these things: I have no idea, I would not take risks (we cannot afford to), but these activities (lucid dreaming/astral projecting) are not necessary.

Yes, unfortunate things such as entity attachments can occur, if go out of body, so just avoid that.

 

Sexual activity:

It has been revealed that during such (sexual) activity, the auric or subtle/energy fields merge/intermingle (especially during orgasm). Then, it is possible if someone is possessed/has an entity attachment, that it can go to the other person, and cause them many problems – causing the demise/ruining of their life and even driving someone to suicide. (Also, some individuals can be aligned with the occult hierarchy of this world and have an entity transfer to you/latch on to you.)

Thus, it is best to avoid this (so this does not happen to you, and so you are not the cause of this happening to others), and also, not procreate (bring another being into hell; and remember you cannot control all that happens to them... The possible suffering they might go through may be extremely severe).

Also, remember, we are trying to get rid of all attachments to this life/world, to be free, not create more and stronger ones.

Also, celibacy greatly aids in many ways, and it is best to be pure/clean. (There is an immense upgrade of life, the great changes after becoming celibate are marked… But not just physically [be celibate], you should be clean in thoughts and speech as well; in all ways. There is also massive saving of energy.)

It may be helpful then, to not get yourself into any situation which can cause or flare up temptation... Or look often at the gender which causes you desire.

Remember, others are other individuals’: mothers, sisters, daughters/fathers, brothers, sons, and you would not like others thinking about or looking at your family inappropriately – so do not do it to others’.

For celibacy, to aid – do not consume bad foods/drinks, nor eat too much… Do some physical exercise/activity… as well, though do not be attached to this exercise or the body.

Sexual matters have been identified as one of the anchors binding people to this world, a trap; an addiction that keeps you wanting to be here. It is best to get beyond all these attachments/addictions, and we are to divest of all of them, ready to get out of here, and not want to be here! Plus, the risk factor of attachments, entities entering the subtle field – it is best to be celibate.)

Another problem is that it may be there are witches/dark practitioners – those that use curses, or somehow can drain you (if you engage in sexual activity in reality or fantasy – with someone)… You should thus avoid these things.

Finally, it was said that even if you think of another in this manner, a subtle link/connection is made - so do not do this! Create no subtle/energetic ties, and do not violate any other even in thought!

Something you can do when troubled by desire, is to contemplate the ugliness of the human body; the stench, the burps, sneezes, saliva, foul ‘breath’, blood flowing, impurities in the body, fat, sounds of digesting food – the elimination and odour of human waste. This will subdue desire. For in reality, the human form is not a beautiful thing at all – even on the surface – look at the hair or skin under the microscope/under magnification – and see that it is quite unpleasant; also that it is riddled with microscopic entities.

 

 Binaural beats, music, films, tv and microwaves:

-- It has been said that there are secret things (frequencies) that can be added to these, that you do not here, that are not beneficial for you - that are detrimental. Avoid mainstream films, music/music videos and things like binaural beats.

If you must have a TV, do not use it so often. I would just get rid of it.

Also, when sleeping, do not have your phone or similar devices (laptop, kindle etc.) next to your head/under your pillow, or near you… (Turn off internet connection/4g as well).

Please also do not put your phone in your front pocket near heart.

I would personally not use the microwave, and do not advise that you do.

(Again, if get to Spirit, would get answers/understanding to all).

 

BEING LIGHT ON THE HEART-REGION FOR SAKE OF SPIRIT

Someone who had an experience on ayahuasca (which you should not consume at all; many who have taken it have had hellish experiences, and there are reports of suicides after...), said their spiritual part woke up, but was in a lot of pain... You may notice in your physical heart that there is a lot of weakness, and it can be painful to resist things... If you remember the 'I-thought' spoken of, well, the source of this is said to be in the heart. This is the entity locking the Spirit under. That would involve a lot of resistance and pain in the heart-region [I do not mean physical strain, it is like an energetic strain...] Remember the woman who said the Spiritual part was in a lot of pain? Well, we do not want to cause It more pain... I do not know for sure how it gets into pain… Or if it is I am just warning you so you know. [I have no idea if any of this is so, but I wonder] So, do not I would say, cause so much resistance there in the heart region that may somehow hurt the Spiritual part.

So, simply, we do not want to harm the Spirit... The methods I present in: 'THE IMPRISONMENT OF THE SPIRIT/TRUE SELF EXPLAINED' are not so arduous/difficult on the heart-region; and are direct ways to the freeing of the Spirit.

 

Dealing with the enemy/enemies (Those non-physical beings behind this world, though it applies to any form the enemy may take):

The secret is, do not acknowledge them... Do not engage them, ignore - pay no notice.

Continue along your path, you only fight if must, but it is not to address the enemy.

Don’t even let them come into your mind.

(The secret is just cut it/them off completely. Don’t care about anything they do or say, or anything about them. No acknowledgement.

You may want to just shut your eyes to the outer world, close them, put a covering over your eyes (when you can, of course, look down, not at others, and only go out when you must – this was the way of some holy individuals.)

 

If troubled much (and if others around you are troubled – compassion/empathy):

- Do not make your children go to school if they hate it (trauma).

Avoid curiosity, because it leads you into trouble. (Meaning, if you get curious about things, you would be tempted to look into them… Specifically, I am speaking of bad things… This can cause you to be disturbed/troubled – so with iron discipline, avoid doing this.)

This is about you just applying the information here, addressing the True Parent-God, not giving up with that and having faith in The True-Parent-God, from your heart desiring to leave (several times a day – desire this from the heart, that you want out of this imprisonment, to return Home/be free – this said to aid in your salvation), and so progressing to your freedom. Try prayer and fasting. You may receive subtle, gentle nudges or feelings from the heart directing you to undertake certain helpful courses.

Address your Spirit as well.

CRY! – Go alone for a while and express yourself, feel to the utmost from the heart – directed to The True-Parent-God… If you are in pain, stressed, or whatever, and that you want aid, and want to be shown the way out.

 

BURIAL OR CREMATION PLUS COMAS (MUST READ!)

IT HAS BEEN SAID IN THE AFTERLIFE YOU GO INTO A BODY CALLED THE AETHERIC... (Then this dissolves, and then you are in the ‘astral’.) THE AETHERIC IS SAID TO STILL HOLD THE CAPACITY OF THOUGHT/REASON. THE ASTRAL IS SAID TO NOT HAVE THIS, AND IN THE ASTRAL IT MAY NOT BE AS PLEASANT.

IT WAS SAID THAT THE AETHERIC BODY LASTS MAYBE FORTY DAYS BEFORE DISSOLVES... BUT IT IS A BETTER STATE THAN ASTRAL...

IT IS SAID IF YOU INSTANTLY CREMATE THE PHYSICAL BODY, THE AETHERIC GOES AS WELL, ALONG WITH ITS REASON/ABILITY FOR THOUGHT; THUS YOUR CHANCE TO REDEEM/LIBERATE YOURSELF GOES AS WELL.

BUT THE PROBLEM OF BURIAL IS SOMETIMES, UNPLEASANTLY, PEOPLE MAY NOT BE YET DEAD - WHY IT WAS SAID IN THE PAST THEY WOULD HAVE BELLS TO ALERT IF THEY WERE NOT DEAD... (THOUGH, DUE TO THE ENCLOSED SPACE, AND LACK OF OXYGEN, DEATH SHOULD OCCUR QUICKLY). IT SEEMS THE SUBTLE BODY IS CONNECTED TO THE PHYSICAL BODY... IT MAY OCCUR AND IT SEEMS TO HAVE, THAT EVEN IF IT SEEMS THE BODY IS DEAD/THE PERSON GONE, THE PERSON CAN RETURN/REVIVE.

-- THE ANSWER FOR THIS IS SIMPLY - IF CHOOSING BURIAL - MAKE SURE THE BODY IS RENDERED INCAPABLE OF BEING REVIVED! - SIMPLY REMOVE THE HEAD/HEART OR DRAIN ALL THE BLOOD... (MAKE INCISIONS IN THE NECK BLOOD VESSELS [REQUEST THAT THE MORTICIAN DO THIS] - BEFORE BURIAL - PUT IN YOUR WILL) THIS IS VERY MERCIFUL! BETTER THIS THAN THEY DO WAKE UP IN A COFFIN ALIVE!

ALSO, FOR CREMATION: SIMPLY ASK, BECAUSE IT IS ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCE/BELIEFS, THAT THE BODY NOT BE CREMATED TILL AT LEAST FIVE DAYS AFTER DEATH; SO THIS GIVES YOU SOME TIME TO LIBERATE, BUT ALSO, IF THE AFTER-DEATH STATE IS NOT SO PLEASANT, YOU ARE NOT THERE FOR SO LONG. YOU LEAVE THIS IN YOUR WILL. (The spirit is not an energy body but transcendent to them).

I WOULD GO WITH CREMATION OVER BURIAL. 

ALSO, UNFORTUNATELY PEOPLE CAN HAVE CONSCIOUS, (CAN BE VERY BAD) UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCES IN COMAS... THE MERCIFUL THING TO DO IS END THEIR LIFE SO THEY ARE SPARED THIS... AGAIN, BY THE SAME METHODS AS ONE WOULD USE TO PREVENT THE BODY REVIVING - REMOVE HEAD/HEART, DRAIN BLOOD OR SOMETHING LETHAL SO COMA IS ENDED/NO SUFFERING. (PUT IN WILL THAT THEY MAKE INCISIONS IN NECK BLOOD VESSELS - THE MORTICIAN/S/.) COMPASSION. MAY ALL BE WELL/AT PEACE FREE OF SUFFERING. ADD TO YOUR WILL! MAKE IT KNOWN YOU WANT TO DIE IF IN COMA PLUS SPREAD AWARENESS OF THIS! (TO OTHERS!) 

YOU COULD ALSO WRITE IN YOUR WILL, YOU WISH TO DIE BY VSED (VOLUNTARY STOP EATING AND DRINKING) - IF IN A BAD STATE - THEY CANNOT FORCE YOU TO EAT AND DRINK.

 Also, in your will, if in a bad state, make it known they do not have you attached to a life-support system. 

 

AFTER DEATH

Firstly, and it must be said, I do not know what happens after death; and if you think about it, you will not either unless you have actually experienced it - beliefs and ideas are not certain, confirmed knowledge. (SEE SECTION: ABOUT REINCARNATION, in part one, as well).

My advice for the after-death state would be:

Again, firstly, if you get to your Spirit now (And if there has been a splitting of the Two Aspects of Spirit, undergo the Unification of the Two Aspects that form the One Spiritual Wholeness) you will be able to know everything about how to deal with all problems and get free of this fallen creation and return Home.

Again, the work is to be done NOW, in life; however, if it somehow happens that you do not make it, and must die, then this would be my advice:

(Start doing this straight away) Address your Spirit (Again, if there are two aspects of this, both... But at least one of them you will reach by the methods I have given.), and the Primordial Source - 2 Aspects (See in 'INTRODUCTION' and 'OTHER METHODS FOR AIDING (YOU)/GAINING ANSWERS' for what this means), and the True Christ outside this fallen creation, in the True Homeland of Light. Ask Them to guide you after death to safety/freedom; not just once but from the heart, maybe once a day... Like a prayer.

BEWARE OF LURES: THEY MAY (AFTER DEATH) USE LURES TO GET YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE OR TRAP YOU - IT COULD BE ANYTHING... WHAT YOU LIKE... FOOD, DRINKS, ALCOHOLIC DRINKS, DRUGS, INDIVIDUALS OF THE GENDER YOU ARE ATTRACTED TO: THE SECRET IS LEARN TO RESIST NOW IN LIFE, SO CAN THEN, IN THE AFTER-(PHYSICAL) DEATH STATE.

Now it has been said by some, that when in these material bodies, we are shut off from direct contact with the Spirit/Source... It has been designed that way; so out of the physical bodies/world, there should be more contact, and this has been said by someone who contacted their Spirit. So, you then may feel direction/instruction from the Spirit/Source...

Along with the requests/prayers for aid after-death, you also then can take action yourself; so it is a two-pronged approach to maximize chances of/for success.

(So, at least you know what to do after-death, if it occurs there is not much communication from the Higher Spiritual Source.)

At time of death, maintain awareness as much as you can – of yourself… Be present, out of mind/thought absorption, in the present moment. (mind is a false reality, the true reality is simply what is, out of mind – always just now/the present moment.)

Shield up: imagine a very powerful shield/light around you, that is protective and cannot be harmed.

Plus remember you are no longer physical, so need not fear physical harm.

YOU ARE NOT THERE (IN AFTER DEATH STATE/REALITY) TO BE AMAZED AND EXPLORE, BUT TO FREE YOUR SPIRIT.

As soon as you leave the body, there may be confusion/puzzlement... There is a possibly risky situation...

You may be sort of pulled into the 'white light'... You are not to just go into that (because you do not know what it is, and it may be that after death we are not just out of the matrix/this cut-off creation at all... But only in a subtler/non-physical level of it.) and must get away from it quickly, forcefully, turn around, away from it and will yourself, again, with considerable might away from it.

It may be that entities in this white light will immediately start talking to you/engaging with you, but what they may then do is start erasing your memory (giving you a 'mind-wipe' as it has also been called…) Get away from them.

They may pose as family/friends - but again this has been said to be shape-shifting entities, It is extremely unlikely to be deceased loved ones.

This phenomenon of 'mind-wiping' or memory erasing has been noted… You should be able to resist, just use considerable will/strength to stop it if they do so.

Also, this may come in the form of even animals, or technologies (possibly little robot-like things), or good seeming beings. Trust none, and go with none, and keep to yourself.

SO, REMEMBER - YOU ARE SOVEREIGN AND NOT UNDER ANYONE ELSE! DO NOT JUST BE A SUBMISSIVE SHEEP AND GO WITH ANYONE/TRUST ANYONE: DO NOT GO WITH OR TRUST ANYONE AFTER DEATH! IGNORE THEM ALL! - EVEN IF THEY SEEM VERY SWEET OR NICE, OR PLAY ON YOUR HEART (DEAD FAMILY - AGAIN, THIS WILL MOST LIKELY NOT BE THEM, AND YOU CANNOT TAKE THE BAIT OF GOING TO/WITH THEM) REMEMBER THESE ARE ALL WAYS TO GET YOU TO GO WITH THEM!

Not even if it seems like God or Jesus, go with them (External beings/entities).

Yes, fight them away if you must, with great strength and will if necessary.

THE WARRIORS’ ATTITUDE IS ESSENTIAL: I WILL FIGHT ANY WHO OPPOSE ME IN STRENGTH AND FEARLESSNESS! Prepare yourself in this way before death.

Also, it has been said that the feelings of love/bliss could possibly be from advanced technologies, and are lure-trails to certain places/buildings - where you can be captured, and it seems, reincarnated. It has been said you should also avoid the sun and moon.

- Now I am not saying this will happen, but it might, and if it does: if they manage to capture you... They may try and judge you - you are to invoke the Ransom/Sacrifice of the True Christ - that covers all your debts/karma. (It was said: He paid this for us, by His sacrifice of undergoing His material life and trial/death, to pay all our debts and so we could be free - I am not talking about mainstream, false 'Christianity'.)

Also, appeal to The Primordial Source and Your Spirit, for help, to be free.

Lastly, the option would be: at least let me rest and heal first, and choose my next incarnation... (Conducive to attaining spiritual freedom.)

Don't worry about facing any non-physical entities... When you come out of the body, you have been through so much, like having special training as a soldier... You should be very strong... (Watch if there is something that makes you feel you should submit - this is the fallen creator or possibly a.i. internal mind-power - of darkness) And rely on your courage, your strength, be heroic, and if must fight to the utmost... - You do not know how strong/powerful you are.

Also it has come to me, these entities – should you come across them – may not all be really real…

Then, also, do NOT go into any buildings, or through door-ways. Watch for traps - so avoid, again, entities, buildings etc. Just keep away from things.

Your salvation is not in this subtler, energetic non-physical world, but by going within – covered later.

Now, what you are to do, is just keep to yourself, away from others... (If anything approaches you, fight them off, but do not worry about this) Then go within... Be still/silent, see if you can connect to your Spirit, and if there is subtle nudges to certain courses of action. (Remember, as you have read: in the section entitled: 'HOW TO ACHIEVE THE FREEING OF THE SPIRIT – THE FIRST LIBERATION' -- The way to reach the Spirit, is in Silence/stillness and holding that (keeping it up), out of thought, not distracted, another method is just notice what perceives who I think I am - what sees that? So you simply do what is written in that section on freeing spirit, in the after-death state.)

YOU SHOULD ALSO SEE IF YOU CAN FEEL THE SPIRIT WITHIN… ASK IT ABOUT THE OTHER PART (REMEMBER – IT MAY BE THE CASE THERE ARE TWO ASPECTS OF SPIRIT)… IT MAY BE ALSO THE SPIRIT GUIDES YOU VERY WELL/STRONGLY AFTER DEATH.

What I have done is lay out what may happen after death, list the problems, and how to deal with them.

You must keep in mind that simply, it is not known what occurs - so I would say, prepare in two ways - prepare as if what I have said is true and simulate all the scenarios/what you will do/how you will respond... Based on what I have written. (Go through all the possibilities, and in your mind practice the proper reactions) Go over it in your mind daily, seriously. Be ruthless, strong and build up courage - and remember this is for your freedom... So do not take it lightly.

The other way is simply this: the truth - you would say to yourself: I do not know what happens after death, so have no beliefs/expectations... Yet still be prepared for what may come (by preparing in the first way, above…)

HOWEVER, BY THIS SECOND WAY - GOING INTO DEATH WITH NO BELIEFS/EXPECTATIONS BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL OCCUR - (Yet still prepared for what may happen, by simulating in your mind/training for it, according to the way described above) I WOULD RECOMEND THIS COURSE OF ACTION:

You are not concerned with being swept up in events, in focusing on what happens after death, YOU ARE FOCUSED ON UNCOVERING THE SPIRIT/TRUE SELF...

IT WAS SAID - TRY AND KEEP YOUR AWARENESS AT THE MOMENT OF DEATH, BUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ATTEMPTING TO FREE THE TRAPPED SPIRIT... 

THE DEATH PROCESS MAY LOOSEN THE HOLD THE IMPRISONING ENTITY HAS ON THE SPIRIT, MAKING IT EASIER TO FREE IT.

SO, FIRST OF ALL, YOU MUST HAVE GONE THROUGH THE PROCESS OF DETACHING FROM ALL THINGS, INCLUDING FAMILY (Remember, nobody is really the physical form, though in ignorance we perceive others to be bodies - the Real Self is Spirit, so the true family is of Spirit… So you are not really leaving anyone behind... Plus I must just say, that, from what I have uncovered, most people are not really who you think they are... We are involved in this diabolical life, and in this dark-reality... Don't be attached to anybody...) Again, the need for this is explained in: ABOUT REINCARNATION.

THIS WAY THERE IS NO REMAINING ANCHORS/TIES TO THE WORLD/ANYTHING, AND ALSO ONE DOES NOT WANT ANYTHING OF THIS WORLD/OR WANT TO BE HERE.

YOU ARE PURGED FROM ALL ATTACHMENTS AND DESIRES, AND EMPTY... READY TO GET FREE. THIS ALSO WILL AID YOU IN THE AFTER-DEATH STATES.

(Although I must state that, there may be a problem for those who do not feel there is anything after death, they may enter a state of unconsciousness... What I would say, if true, is - to remedy this - do not feel death is the end, and that's it... Feel you are not the body and will continue on. - All I am doing is list all the possible happenings that could occur, and showing you the way to deal with them - so you have the best possible chances for success.)

 

THE CONTROLLING MIND-POWER

NOW, YOU MUST FIRST KNOW THAT INTERNALLY, THERE IS A CONTROLLING MIND (I KNOW THIS BY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE... THIS WILL BE, THEN, THE CREATOR OF THIS FALLEN CREATION, OR POSSIBLY ACTUALLY JUST AN A.I. - WHATEVER IT IS, IT EXERCISES A CONTROL OVER US... IT FEEDS INTO YOUR MIND ITS DESIRES FOR YOU... YOU CAN FEEL IT IN UNCONSCIOUS THOUGHT-ABSORPTION, AND IT FEEDS YOU ITS WILL... ALSO, IT SORT OF EXERCISES A CONTROL OVER US IN THIS WAY: IT ALMOST, IF YOU LIKE, COMPLETELY CONTROLS US AND WE GET THE FEELING OF GOING THROUGH THINGS, IT IS SIMPLY THIS SELFISH ENTITY THAT RULES, EXERTING ITS WILL... SO YOU NEED TO DETACH FROM THE FEELING OF BEING CONTROLLED IN ANY WAY AND RECLAIM YOUR SOVEREIGNTY, AND NOT GO ALONG WITH THIS MIND-POWER... YOU DECIDE WHAT TO DO!)

One of the things this mind-power does is to sort of make you feel you are going through certain things, like you will experience this after death (or whatever)... It is just its' will, because it would consider itself the ruler/autocrat (One who has total control/power, or you could say, self-ruler.) (Or if A.I. just how it is designed.)

You are not interested in anyone else’s will, but your own (and of course your Spirits'), so, you bypass all feelings of control and assume total self-determination. (Self-deciding).

So, you don’t feel forced into things or experiences, or in your mind, certain events being made out that you will have to experience - you stop all that and personally decide.

SO, AT DEATH, YOU KEEP AWARENESS/CONSCIOUS (NOT LOST IN THOUGHT) TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY... YOU ARE CALM, DETACHED FROM ALL, AND READY TO GO... YOU ARE NOT GOING TO JUST BE SWEPT UP IN WHAT COMES/ABANDON YOURSELF TO IT, OR ANY FEELING OF BEING UNDER CONTROL. BECAUSE THOSE THINGS DO NOT MATTER… WHAT MATTERS IS YOU UNCOVERING YOUR SPIRIT – NOT GOING ON SOME AFTER-LIFE JOURNEY; CERTAINLY DO NOT BECOME ENGROSSED IN THE NEW STATE, USE IT QUICKLY AND DECISIVELY TO FREE YOURSELF.

DON'T WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. AGAIN, THOUGH, YOU ARE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH THE POSSIBLE THINGS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN. (All that was spoken about the after-death state in this section.)

HOWEVER, HERE IS THE SECRET... YOU ARE NOW GOING TO FOCUS WITHIN... IT IS ABOUT, AGAIN, FREEING THE SPIRIT, WHICH IS ENCHAINED.

(IN SHORT: THE SPIRIT IS ENCHAINED TO AN ENTITY THAT IS IDENTIFED AS THE FALLEN CREATOR... SEE SECTION: 'THE IMPRISONMENT OF THE SPIRIT/TRUE SELF EXPLAINED' AND ALSO - HOW TO ACHIEVE THE FREEING OF THE SPIRIT – THE FIRST LIBERATION, METHOD 3. - THE INFORMATION ON ITS ENCHAINMENT.

 THE SPIRIT HAS BEEN CALLED THE 'DEEPER I', 'THE SEER/PERCEIVER' AND OTHER NAMES. AGAIN, WHAT YOU REALLY ARE.

-- SIMPLY, THE SPIRIT IS YOU, IDENTIFIED WITH AND IMPRISONED UNDER THIS ENTITY.

-- THE SPIRIT DOES NOT REMEMBER ITSELF, IT IS IN A COMATOSE STATE... ALL IT KNOWS IS WHAT YOU KNOW! (AND THE YOU RIGHT NOW DOES NOT REMEMBER ABOUT BEING THE SPIRIT!)

-- THE CONSTANT STREAM OF THOUGHTS ARE NOT YOURS (WHEN NOT DELIBERATELY THINKING), IT SEEMS THEY ORIGINATE FROM THE ENTITY (THE SECRET 'COMPANION' THAT IMPRISONS THE SPIRIT, THAT WOULD BE THE DRAGON GUARDING THE GREAT TREASURE (YOUR SPIRIT).

-- ALSO KNOWN AS 'CONSCIOUSNESS' (PERCEIVES ALL, BUT ITSELF CANNOT BE PERCEIVED FOR IS BEYOND).

-- THERE IS SOMETHING PRESENT IN YOU KNOWN AS THE 'I-THOUGHT', THIS HAS BEEN CALLED 'THE GREAT SHACKLE OF CONSCIOUSNESS' OR OF THE SPIRIT. (SEE NUMBER 3 OF THE METHODS IN: 'HOW TO ACHIEVE THE FREEING OF THE SPIRIT – THE FIRST LIBERATION'.

-- IT WAS SAID BY ONE WHO UNDERWENT THE CHANGE (UNCOVERING SPIRIT) - SOMEHOW IT (SPIRIT) MUST REMEMBER ITSELF.

-- SO, YOU NOW BECOME AWARE THAT THERE IS AN ALIEN ENTITY IN YOU, AND A SPIRIT - THAT YOU REALLY ARE, THAT IT IS KEPT IN A FALSE/IMPRISONED STATE, AND THAT YOU MUST FREE IT.

-- HOW TO DO SO IS DESCRIBED IN: ''HOW TO ACHIEVE THE FREEING OF THE SPIRIT – THE FIRST LIBERATION'.

THE POINT OF MEDITATION, OF BEING STILL, SILENT AND CONCENTRATING, IS TO FREE THE SPIRIT/ALLOW FOR IT TO REMEMBER ITSELF, AND THEN WHAT OCCURS IS THE ABOVE.

-- ANOTHER METHOD THAT IS USED IS, WHAT SEES? FOR EXAMPLE WHO SEES THE THINKER? WHAT SEES/PERCEIVES THE PERSON YOU THINK YOU ARE RIGHT NOW? (Which is somehow seen/perceived/noticed).

-- THERE IS NATURALLY SOME CONFUSION/BEFUDDLEMENT BECAUSE OF THE ENCHAINMENT AND NOT KNOWING WHO ONE REALLY IS; BUT THE WAY TO FREEDOM HAS BEEN OUTLINED...

All the bondages/sufferings can be undone/removed and one can return to the True Self/State - peace, joy, love, bliss... It's all there, just covered up.)

-- SO NOW YOU HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE SITUATION YOU ARE UNDER... CONTINUING ON FROM BEFORE OUTLINING THE ENCHAINMENT OF THE SPIRIT AND HOW TO FREE IT):

-- AT DEATH, YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO FREE THE SPIRIT (IF HAVE NOT DONE SO IN LIFE, IF HAVE TO DIE)...

-- SO, YOU NOW KNOW IT DOES NOT REMEMBER ITSELF, AND IS ENCHAINED TO THE ENTITY THAT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS THE FALLEN CREATOR... THAT RIGHT NOW YOU ARE IN THE FALSE/IMPRISONED STATE, AND ARE NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE.

-- NOW, AGAIN, YOU KNOW THERE IS A SPIRIT, BUT IT IS IN A COMATOSE STATE, AND THERE IS, IF YOU LIKE, ANOTHER ENTITY LIVING THROUGH US... THOUGH WE SOMEHOW HAVE THE POWER TO FREE OURSELVES.

-- SO YOU ARE AWARE OF THE TRAPS IT IS UNDER...

 

-- SO, AT DEATH TO REPEAT, YOU ARE GOING TO FOCUS ON UNDOING THIS ENCHAINMENT, SOMEHOW... NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN JUST THE DEATH PROCESS... (I AM SEEKING MY TRUE SELF/ITS FREEDOM).

-- AGAIN, AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, KEEP AWARENESS AT TIME OF DEATH.

-- IT IS POSSIBLE THAT AT DEATH IT OFFERS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR LIBERATION, AS A CHANGE IN STATE OCCURS...

 

NEAR/AT DEATH ITSELF:

-- AGAIN, AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, KEEP AWARENESS AT TIME OF DEATH. AND AFTER - SORRY TO HAVE TO REPEAT THIS!

-- NOTICE WHAT SEES THE YOU THAT YOU THINK YOU ARE...

-- GET OUT OF THOUGHT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND HOLD AWARENESS... JUST BE.

AND OF COURSE, BE STILL READY TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR AFTER DEATH (AS SPOKEN OF EARLIER, IN THIS SECTION);

AND IN THE AFTER-DEATH STATES:

(IF THEY ARISE - OR IT MAY BE INSTEAD THAT YOU DO JUST RETURN TO YOUR SPIRITUAL STATE - I AM NOT SURE) PUT INTO PRACTICE THE METHODS TO UNCOVER THE SPIRIT:

-- BE ALONE, GO WITHIN, PRACTICE THE BEING STILL AND SILENT AS WELL AS HOLDING THAT/CONCENTRATING, IGNORING ALL EXTERNALLY, HOLD THAT AS DISCUSSED IN: 'HOW TO ACHIEVE THE FREEING OF THE SPIRIT – THE FIRST LIBERATION' The first method...  SO THAT THE SPIRIT MAY BE FREED! (To simplify the first method, it is just being still, silent, aware/out of thought/distraction and abiding in that - it is said these are the ingredients if you like, that allow for the awakening of the Spirit - in the silence the Spirit remembers ItSelf.)

-- Look, to finish this section, I do not know what happens, but have given you what seems to occur, from what I have learned.

-- Don't take this lightly. Also, you do not have to worry about the problem of not-knowing about what occurs in the after-life if you manage to reach The Spirit, because it can then guide you (Or, again, undergo the unification of the two aspects of the Spiritual Wholeness.)

 

What we are saying is that, just because you die physically, it does not mean you are out of the 'matrix'; there seems to be levels to this fallen creation. (Energetic bodies/layers).

You are to not go with anyone, The Spirit is Internal, and you may hear or perceive its prompts/guidance.

It may be indeed, that death is just the way to freedom, and there is nothing to worry about… Like waking from a nightmare… However, it is best to still prepare, and not just assume that it is the way to freedom, because it might not be. 

Please, put all this together, and prepare rightly.

The simple answer, again, is that you must do the work now, in life, free Spirit, then can get all the answers/guidance you need.

DREAM OF THE CLAW:

Many years ago, I once had a strange dream... A very weird feeling came to me, and I was shown a reptilian, clawed foot... This, I was shown, was the source of this reality…

I got the feeling I was separated from the True Reality and from what I remember, there were Parents there, in that other reality. (They would be the True God.) 

 

We of Uncreated Spirit/Light (having that nature), somehow find ourselves here – we do not know why…

This is for the children of Light:

THE CHRIST SAID THIS HEAVEN AND EARTH AND THE ONE ABOVE IT (THE EVIL ONE) WILL PASS AWAY!

Your chief concern is to get to the Spirit - don’t delay/put off, just do it! (For your/Spirits' own good - trust me! This also would be the message of the imprisoned Spirit, then go through unification [you will find out if this is to happen] then do whatever else that the spirit says, then get out - AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!) Nothing is more important.

 

THE ANSWER TO WHY IT SEEMS WE DO NOT GET HELP FROM ABOVE:

THE INFORMATION CAME TO ME, THAT A LITTLE TIME OUTSIDE THIS CUT OF CREATION IS A LONG TIME IN THIS ONE…

SO, IT SEEMS VERY DRAWN OUT, BUT IT IS NOT SO… WE ONLY PERCEIVE IT AS SUCH… SO IT MAY BE THAT A FEW SECONDS OR MINUTES OUT THERE (In the true reality/origin) IS DRAWN OUT GREATLY HERE.

We are conditioned to be as children - as sheep, even - follow and trust others/authority, go along with the consensus and just accept things - all mindlessly. (And it may never occur to some that those they just trust (religions, religious leaders, authority figures) don’t have their best interests at heart, and maybe even have negative intentions...)

Rather than assume personal responsibility, grow up and be true sovereign adults, that take the initiative, determine our own fates, and get our own answers and salvation. 

Now, all I have done, here, is compile valuable information along with the answers/solutions -for your benefit. Chiefly, again, for the liberation of your Imprisoned Spirit. It is your task in life to free It (and you will find out if there must be a reunion of the two aspects, and do so if there is to be), and ultimately achieve total freedom from this lower creation, returning to the true reality. WHATEVER THIS IS, WHATEVER WE ARE IN, WHEREVER WE ARE, IT CAN BE UNDONE AND WE CAN LIBERATE THE SPIRIT AND RETURN HOME - REMEMBER IT IS THERE, THE 'PARADISE STATE' IS THERE, JUST COVERED UP...
